Purchased white oak stain product from them - product was great. Had to apply it twice in the cabinets but it worked out in the end. Great product but issues with customer support...
I purchased a finishing sealer from them afterwards and paid for overnight am delivery. I was promised it would arrive between 10am and noon the next day. Product didn't arrive until 9pm at night. We wasted an entire day due to the failed promised. Paid $120 for overnight am shipping - when I called the 2 different times to complain. The guy who took the order wouldn't answer the phone, the lady who answered said she would fix the problem or give me a credit and follow up within the hour. Never called back. Pathetic customer service and experience. It has been 2 days and still not even an attempt to rectify the situation. If not for the white oak product, I would never buy from them again.
Long story short, they do not care for the customer experience. They will lie to make you overspend and will not honor their own word.

We found out about elite fine finish and couldn’t be happier. The products they offer are unmatched. On top of the Renner wood coatings and surfprep sanders their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend them and will definitely come back.

I was able to take a 2 day class recently with Louis. The product and his training is exceptional. Everything was clear and even though I'm entirely new to the refinishing business I feel like I'm so much more knowledgeable than when I began. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to train under Louis and his team and I can't wait to put my hands onto some of his products.
