If I could give 0 stars I would. Hours say they are open 9 to 6. Showed up at 1:40, and they were closed for lunch. I missed my own lunch to drive to the Kingwood location. Super frustrating.

Went twice today @ 1pm and then 1:37pm but it’s closed. No one is there and no sign to at least explain why it’s closed. FedEx needs to check their locations performance

Great service here! Inside Atascocita Walmart (other locations in Humble or Kingwood). A small office with usually 1 worker. They can print labels.

I’ve never heard of a retail business “closed for lunch” before. Very strange in 2024. This was very inconvenient. Do not visit this location between the hours of 11:30am and 2pm

Do not trust what they tell you in this location. I researched the price for next day delivery due to an important next day delivery need . First I was immediately told it was $88 for a letter for next day delivery, but then when I mentioned that I had researched the prices, I was finally told that they offered the price that I saw on line for delivery by 5 pm, which I was totally okay with. The cashier/manager didn’t seem too happy about informing of this. It seems that they try to get whatever they can get initially without considering the customer and his or her financial circumstances. After the hassle, I checked and this is more than 48 hours later and my package is still saying delayed. I contacted customer service and they indicated that there were known delays when I made my purchase apparently due to a backlog from the inclement weather. Had I known, I would have driven my checks to the tax office vs possibly risking losing my property. The location had to be aware of this when they told me the package would get there by 5 pm the next day. Apparently if someone is paying to overnight checks, there is a reason and there is no excuse for not informing customers of what’s happening within the organization. I don’t know that I will trust or utilize FedEx again with any urgent delivery. I’m truly worried because my updated status simply says delayed. I could have used USPS 2nd day delivery and paid 1/4 of the cost and the package would not be in limbo sitting in Tennessee when it needs to be in Louisiana.

Being my first time going to this location 6626 FM 1960 E inside of Walmart, I give a special thanks to Kristina for making my experience highly satisfactory. She was very professional and also suggested that I repackage my shipment which gave me more confidence that it would reach its destination on time. Kudos to Kristina for making this my preferred Fedex location going forward for my shipping needs. Continue the great work and much success!

Yes!!! There really is a FedEx inside of Walmart. Did a QR Code label and drop off with zero wait.
