Regina was wonderful. Her care, compassion and kindness to patients is one to be admired. I’m in the healthcare field and Im grateful to encounter kind people such as Regina. The rest of staff is awesome as well. The wait was not long at all. Very efficient practice for sure.

I do not agree that a social security number is required to receive care. The name, address, Drivers lic number should be enough. My company paid for me, It is HIGHLY unnecessary to provide my financial information and social security number. Please change your policy.

I had fallen & didn’t know if I broke anything in my left wrist area due to pain & swelling so I went in to CareNow Urgent Care on Atascocita Rd in Humble. Erykah at the front desk cordially & quickly checked me in. The nurse Mary Davenport was awesome, took over & got me back to a room fast, she was efficient & assessed my situation & took X-Rays then turned me over to Dr. Dario Armesto Tosar who also was awesome informed me I had broke my wrist, he stabilized my arm & wrist, cast it & put it in a sling. This was the fastest & most efficient Urgent Care I have ever been to. Can’t say enough for the caring team that took care of me!!!

This is by far the worst experience. My prescription dosage was written incorrectly my pharmacy faxed this office twice with no response after 2 days. I contacted the office twice myself only to be left on hold the 1st time for 35 minutes I hung up and called back to be told by Willard that he had to check other people in and that time the young man left me on for 19 minutes. Needless to say I was unable to get the medication I needed.

My son was an asthma flair up, I took him to FastMed and the staff was very professional and attentive to his immediate needs and got him taken care of in a timely manner.

I loved it. I was able to get a check in while on my lunch break and it was fast and easy. The nurses are sweet and extra caring. Will come back whenever need be
