I love thrifting and every family thrift center but it’s THIS specific store where I feel like the workers are following me and just looking judgemental…then the fitting rooms are always a problem. I have had some good expirience with SOME cashiers ?

So i called because i had questions about dropping off clothes, the lady that answered didn’t know English at all and hanged up on me. I called again and i asked is there anyone that speaks English she had a whole attitude and basically said no.

Where do I start, the store had a lot of items that should have been in the trash and on top of that the prices were way beyond the prices of what a thrift store should be, all I can say is they are proud of all that mess they have in store I thought I was in a regular store with those prices. The cashiers were rude. They greeted certain people and by that you can read between the lines of what I’m saying if you weren’t Spanish there was no saying anything to you not even thanks for coming in and I know they could speak some English because I stood there and watched them. No customer service at all. They all need to be re-trained at this family thrift store on 1960 in humble. They have lost me as a customer I won’t ever patronize the store again

There was underwear, picture frames, wall art and toys cluttering the aisles of this store. Very messy. Left without buying anything.

They are out of the minds. Dresses for
$20.00 jeans for $15. A used coach purse $65.00. I don't think so! Prices ridiculous

Be careful about this area, just I was scam, I was in the store and someone open my car and stolen staff, like Californian does, if you plan go be careful may be is the people work there or people shopping there; but my advice : be careful this area is not safe at all, to this store after my personal experience been scanned , no plan back , price are super super high and so so people stranger around it , not really familiar store Be Be Careful.

if you are hispanic and don’t know Spanish DO NOT go here. I checked out with an old hispanic lady Idania that only spoke Spanish and she was visibly upset that I didn’t speak the same language as her. When I told her I didn’t speak Spanish she clicked her tongue, shook her head, and sighed. Then turned to her coworker (young male) and started telling him that me and my friend didn’t know Spanish and he yelled “THEY DONT SPEAK SPANISH???”Why is it okay for them to only speak one language but when I only know one language it’s a problem??DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AND DISGUSTING ATTITUDES.

You can find some pretty good cheap items that you may not be able to find anywhere else and surely not for the fraction of the cost of the available items! The store is mostly organized but there are a few rows of hanging items that aren't quite in the right place. I wish there was furniture and faster lines. Other than that I have found some great things that I needed in a crunch! I found a black vest, 2 laptop bags for less than $5, Michael Kors heel boots, etc.
