Second time coming to this store and they ARE ALWAYS closed even tho the signs says they close @9pm. Workers don’t want to work and do their job!! Someone Important needs to take care of this because it’s really inconvenient and annoying !!

Terrible, Google says they close at 9pm and they took us out at 8pm without letting us buy anything while we were already inside.

The hours say 9pm-9am mon-sat I saw someone walking in the family dollar but the door is locked .There is no sign to tell you that they closed for the day .

This place is terrible about staying open the Hispanic ladies always close the store down at random times of day, to go next door and shop or to lunch etc and that it inconvenient for the consumer.

Updated times of business is definitely required. Stopped by there at 8:43 pm. The sign was flipped to open. They were already closed.
It's ok...Dollar General is where I went instead.

This place needs organizing. Is a mad house all the aisles are pack with boxes Can’t even walk around or through Looks like they need help and this happens often.

It's a disgusting place. I arrived at 11:10 in the morning and it was closed. My 2-year-old tried to open the door, and a lady who looked like a gang member yelled from inside the store asking me if I couldn't read the sign. And then he told me to stay away from his door and leave the place. I guess he was having a bad day and took out his frustration on me and my child. It was really very unpleasant. The decay of this place is very evident. For my part, I will never spend a penny in this disgusting place again.

Just shut this location down already! It is clear that the CEO of Family Dollar Inc is collecting a check and cares NOTHING about the customer experience! I pulled up and saw a family Dollar employee standing outside. I asked are you open and they said yes. By the time I got out my car and walked up, they locked the door, and said they needed a couple of minutes. They never returned. Just CLOSE ALREADY! The customers that stop here are only stopping for the convenience of it being near home. However, the customer experience is so poor that you leave with a bad taste in your mouth of the Family Dollar Brand! It's very sad!

I WILL BE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH CORPORATE. They be close on the days they suppose to be open. My baby ran out of diapers and I came up there and they were close. 0 Starts and poor customer service

If I can give this location 0 stars I would this location is the worst I’ve been too and I’ve been too a lot of family dollars in different areas, but this one!! I don’t even see how it’s still in business for one they’re never open, for two they’re supervisors on duty needs better training because it’s poor as hell. If you guys are doing a price change that needs to be notified to the customer. Especially when you guys still have the old prices on the items, that’s false advertising! A customer shouldn’t have to ask what’s the price of every item they’re purchasing because at that point what’s the use of having the prices posted and for the manager on duty for today 2/15/24 at 2pm that says she’s Hawaiian shouldn’t even have the right to tell a customer “well most customers ask what’s the price of this or that” well for one if we have to ask for the price why are the prices posted YET AGAIN !!!! how about take the old ones off so then maybe ALL your customers would know to come ask rather then going off what they see that’s posted under the item. Since it’s the customers responsibility to do the workers job.

Manageris rude and unhelpful, to busy on her phone to work. Loud inappropriate music blasting, nothing stocked.
