Before I get a response from the owner, YES I am reviewing the correct company not confusing it for elsewhere. People please, this is the worst company you could get insurance from. Please save your money and look elsewhere. They have a lot of bad reviews for a reason too. One of my friends car got hit from a guy that had Falcon Insurance and after so many years Falcon has not helped her with any cent what's so ever to recompense for her total loss car. Other people I know as well as my mother have just had a horrible experience here. One star review is too high of what poor service it is.

The worst. I paid my insurance bill with this company this month then after want to change the prices then want me to make another payment the same month. UNFAIR. Now my insurance is getting cancel tomorrow. They kept my money didn’t want to refund me and are canceling my insurance.

This company is horrible. My husband got hit by their 20 year old driver and our car was a total loss. They have not once called us. I have to keep calling. Everyone in that office is rude and has no professional skills.They are not giving us anything for our car, when it was their drivers fault.

Why don't you check out the reviews for this company on the BBB and yelp websites? This company is fraudulent and corrupt. They are also a bunch of liars. My truck was hit by one of their drivers who was speeding and texting and smashed into my parked truck in a Goodyear parking lot. The accident caused over $8000 in damage in falcon only wanted to pay $1200. I called them for a month straight and they never responded to sending an adjuster to inspect my vehicle. I ended up having to sue their driver in small claims court. This is a very incompetent company and you can read more from my posting on the BBB and yelp. This has to be the worst insurance company ever. If they have a good review they must've paid somebody to put it on there. I really hope I can get them in court because the judge will crucify them for ignoring the fair claims act.

it is sad that I have to give one star instead of zero.it has been one week and every time I called I was transfer to adjuster never available. I was forced to leave messages that did not get returned.Seriously, please avoid Falcon at all cost for yourself or others.

This is about vehicle coverage. Not airplane. But they write shotty policies, neglecting the coverage people ask for and need. Then when something happens, you're conveniently not covered. Worst company ever. Stick with a name or company you can trust. Obviously this isn't one of those & should just go out of business completely. ? ?

Stay as far away from Falcon Insurance and Falcon Insurance Group. They take your monthly payments directly from your account and if you have an auto accident/PIP claim from Uninsured Motorists, will not pay you. I have been chasing down the claims adjuster for my PIP for the last 2 months.
