Great customer service! I was there a few days ago looking for a gift for my husband and I had no idea what to get. A young lady (Britney) helped me until I found the perfect outfit. She showed me many options and combinations.. the outfit I went with at the end was perfect! My husband loved it!!?

Never friendly nor helpful… it’s like we are annoying them by shopping here. Will start back going to Willowbrook and Woodlands store. I only shopped here out of convenience. Will not return.

Annoying. Online order (store pickup) can’t do a same day return? Took them 20 mins to try and figure it out and I had to go. Now I need to inconveniently go in tomorrow and return it.

I walked in with no greeting, there was 3 black females working in the area, around 2pm, 07/08/24, 2 younger, 1 old all 3 immature. They started a mean girl conversation about the length of my braids directed at me but not to me. Down playing the style of my hair. They were cruel rude and very harsh. The conversation lasted the whole entire time i was there looking through the items. I timed it to be exactly 19 minutes. Other customers walked in and they were greeted and the conversation of my hair style continued. They allShould have disciplinary actions executed. I am a general manager I would never allow this if my direct reports. I’m never going into this location again and I will definitely tell every one I know to do the same. People sensitivity and customer skills training should be implemented.

The clothing is nice, the attitude of the manager leaves something to be desired. My daughter wears extra small and of course the only dresses they have in stock in that size are on mannequins. We only asked about two of them and on the second she get an attitude about us making them spend 30 seconds to take a dress off a mannequin. It was bad enough that we just left and didn’t buy anything.

I love this place!!!!!! I went there Saturday and When I first walked into the store I was overwhelmed by the amount merchandise in the store, but was approached by Jose for help. Within 10 min he had me out the store, with all the shirts I needed. Wonderful costumer assistance and urge Express to recognize him. GOOD JOB!!!!

Cassidy (who I believe is the store manager) was spectacular. I’ve had some disastrous shopping experiences, but she made me feel at ease and comfortable. I really appreciate her customer service! Five stars all the way!

Great experience first time buying business attire so was pretty lost but Gorge helped me out alot. Gave me alot of info and even helped pick out clothing for what I was looking for size wise. Very helpful and manager was also nice.
