HORRIBLE, Do NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE WHAT SO EVER, I wish I would of read the other reviews first.They are crooks and overcharged for everything also added on fees and tried to lie and charge a extra 400$ for programming fees when it didn’t even need to be programmed, I was quoted 2000, wen I came to get my vehicle I had a 3400 bill, the guy David Mclmore is rude and a liar, the mechanics are unprofessional and the whole business need to be shut down. They will tow for free to get your vehicle then run up the bill and if you refuse their repair they will charge 650$ just for having it there PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This repair shop is the best! I don’t know much about cars but Crystal was there to answer all of my questions and had so much patience. I will go here for all of my future repairs and I highly recommend everyone else too if you want a stress free experience!

had a great experience, the shop has reasonable pricing. Very satisfied with the mechanical skills of the staff. Front desk was friendly and helpful, felt comfortable with the repair process.

Where do I begin ,,I must say I was treated horribly as a customer,told story after story,,,promises after promises,,no verbal communication no one cared and as employees no one communicated,,worst service ever ,,I was asked to take down my review in exchange for my deductible to be waived ,,I had to call each and everytime and got no reply after ,,this has been a terrible experience,,my brand new rugs were full of oil when I picked it up ,,showed it to Crystal she took pics said they would detail on Friday but I doubt that seriously they don’t stand on principles or customers satisfaction,,called John said he would call me back that didn’t happen I’m really disappointed and exhausted with the level of care I received brought my car in really cleaned to get it back with oil stains on the inside and outside won’t be going back there ,,How do they as a whole treat customers as animals

I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all, we had agreed on a price before coming in for a car transmission about 2,000 - 2,500 but when they were done with the car the total came to 3,750. It seems as though they like to scam their clients and lie.

Don’t recommend taking your car in to this place. If you don’t get it fix there they will over charge you. Ask before getting my car towed and David told me it will cost $60-$90 if I have to pay the tow without getting my car fixed. After getting denied for the financing option it costed me $200+tax and asking for id totaling $216.50 to pick up my car. To replace my car transmission costs $6000-$7000 just go to Firestone it’s $5000. Plus they don’t give a copy of the tow bill if you want to see a detailed printout.

Phillip is a joke. This whole shop is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away if you have little to no experience with vehicles because Phillip will take you to the cleaners. They pray on innocent people who have very little knowledge about vehicles. I Went into have the transfer case replaced due to the transfer case being cracked and leaking. Phillip Tried to tell me the noise and issue with my 2000 gmc sierra was both the transmission and the transfer case because the transmission oil was burnt due to high miles on the truck, 335K miles. But the joke was on him because their shop rebuilt the transmission two years ago, he did not do his due diligence to look up the history of the truck before trying to to screw me for a transmission. After I told phillip they rebuilt the transmission he looked it up and said sorry, he assumed it was the original transmission with the 335K miles and that was why he assumed the noise was coming from. This tells me he did not lift the truck up to see the huge crack in the transfer case, just looked at the miles and made an assumption. Anyone who works at a transmission shop knows there is a higher chance of winning the lottery than to find an original GM transmission with 335k miles on it. When I asked how did he conclude the burnt transmission oil he said it’s what the technician wrote down and may have confused the vehicles. I ended up just pick my truck up and taking it somewhere else, I tried to be a loyal customer and build a history with this shop since they did the transmission but I saw the shady business Phillip was pulling. P.S phillip is very customer oriented and pleasant to speak to until he starts to get questioned and called out. After not being able to provide me clear answers to my simple questions Phillip told me he didn’t feel it was a good idea to do business with me and recommended I pick up the truck. Please remember this was my experience and if you choose to use this shop please just question the repairs Phillip says you need, you will notice pretty quick he doesn’t give you solid answers and keeps throwing his techs under the bus when he gets caught in a lie.Also, read the review from customer Gary Taylor, he mentioned an employee pocketing money. Well during my conversation with Phillip he that if I choose not to proceed with the repair there is a $495.00 charge for the removal inspection and reinstall of the transfer case, not an issue and I agreed to the charge BUT he then said that fee could only be paid by cash no cards are accepted for this fee. Red flag!

I would absolutely recommend this repair shop. When your looking into transmission shops let's be honest, your probably not having the best day. I was not. Pete & Phillip were amazing. My mind was all over & I wasn't sure what to do. I was spoken to with respect, kindness and they were very professional. I was kept updated on my truck and Phillip explained the process as we went.As for the repair... My truck was fixed in what I believe to be a timely manner. It was even as clean as when I entrusted them with it. I received fair pricing. I spoke with other shops, I'm 100% satisfied.I could go on & on. If your transmission is acting up or just out all together and your unsure what to do, give them a call. You have options here with this incredible facility.
