We drove up, waited less than 10 mins start to finish for our booster vaccines. No charge no drama. I barely felt the needle stick 2 thumbs up from us!

Whatever you do don’t go into the line on the left. The line on the right had gone through 10 or more cars before we even budged in our line. It’ll take over an hour to get to the front.

We had an appointment for 2:15. Waited for an hour. They came to our vehicle, and stated they close at 3:00 and could not test us today. Just horrible service! Why even make an appointment?

UPDATE 12/29: I am dropping my review to 2 stars because it has now been 48 hours with no results received. The testing company states they will share results within 24-48 hours… this has not been my experience!UPDATE: I returned the next day for my 8:15 appointment. I arrived early and the process went much smoother (although there are still some issues they can work on).Original review:I made an “appointment” for 10:30… I ended up rescheduling for the next morning because the line itself turned into a parking lot in the mall parking lot. I understand there is a lot of demand for testing right now, but what is the point of having people schedule appointments if you do not honor the appointment. My mom had an appointment for 9:30 and the workers asked if she could come back at 1 because they needed to clear the parking lot for the mall! I saw 1 girl working to conduct the test, about 4 running around the parking lot asking the same questions (“Do you have an appointment?”) and some on their cell phones standing around. I hope my experience tomorrow is better… based on my first, I would not recommend this place to others.

This is a shame how come I’ve tested with my mom on the 12/23 and I’ve no results yet. How do we prevent the spread??? You should not collect money from the government for this as you are not helping you are making it worst!!!CDC should be doing something about this. What a shame!
