“Debra & Zach are such a blessing to me. They are so knowledgeable. They really know what they are doing. I came in yesterday with a "sick" computer. It was really frustrating. This morning I am working on the same but "healthy" computer, and enjoying my work. And besides that, I didn't know how to print off attachments that were sent to me. A few days earlier I could, but not anymore until Debra showed me that they were now being downloaded (which was foreign) to me. She also showed me how to print them. It is so comforting to know that I can call them with my computer problems.”

“I took my all in one desktop to geek squad in best buy off of Westlake Houston. All of my stuff disappeared so I thought they could recover it. Had years of files, pictures and videos of my kids on it. They took a look at it and said in less than 5 mins that there was nothing they could do and that the computer was done. I was so hurt. It feels like a mourning thinking I lost all of these memories. I took my desktop and went to King Wireless & repair right before he was closing on the same day. He spent a lot of time with me and reassured me that it was recoverable. He was able to recover it all and I appreciate his time and knowledge.”

“Had them fix a shattered screen on the back of my phone. Got it back within 1 hr and 45 mins, but then a black screen appeared on my phone. Went back to get it fixed and they did a good job and it was fast and free. The new screen has a small dot on it too but it's not as big as the other one, almost like a tip of the needle size. They were really cooperative.”
“Very frustrating! Having a crazy day and my phones screen goes out. Call Assurant to make my claim and they advise me to go to the nearest location to get my device repaired which is this one. Business hours say they’re open so I stop by and the door is locked and the open sign is off.*edit*Stephen contacted me and rushed over to open the store and help me out. He apologized for running late and explained to me the situation. I really appreciate the fact that he contacted me to make sure he could make it right for me. The reviews on this location are well reflected by the employees that run it”
