If you can give a business -100. I would do it for this business. This business really want to go out of business. Any business men or woman. See the bad views and reports they are getting. They would think to get rid of these people. The first time, 3 years ago. The front desk personal was very nice and professional. Now, I don't know where they get these forks from. O my lord, horrible and disgusting people attitude very bad. And, this me just walking in the door. I walk in with a suite and a shirt. She said in a attitude way. We not doing any same day. Keep in mind am just walking in the door. Didn't even said a thing. I just need a dry clean. It didn't matter how long it was going to be. at least I get it back this year. I said ok, and walk back out.
Attn: People!!! We can leave negative comments all day. We need to stop typing and doing. Let's not go to these type of businesses if they don't change. What's Wrong....

Worst place to clean ever. Employees don’t have a clue how to treat clients. I brought 6 suits and all of them were burned. Keep away your clothes from this place!!!

These cleaners are TERRIBLE first they lost my clothes. Dropped them off on Monday came back Wednesday, told me I had no clothes there, then I got told I had picked them up already. After giving me several excuses they eventually found them at another location 2days later!! Then the owner calls me to apologize stating they are a Black owned business and they are trying and to give them another chance. Playing on the fact that I myself am black! So ok I choose to return to them several weeks later. BIG MISTAKE!!! They charged me extra $15 to pretreat a small makeup stain on a dress. They returned the dress to me with blue stain treat all over the collar and sleeve. Refused to refund me ONLY to reclean it and return it to me 4 days later in the same condition!!!. At this point I asked for a manager several times. The Manager refused to speak with me only telling the rude girl at the desk in the mornings to give me a $40 store credit. STORE CREDIT! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! You just ruined my dress and lost my clothes previously. The POOR customer service and the refusal of a manager to speak with me clearly shows how much they truly care about their customers. It’s extremely unfortunate. I have also written a letter to the BBB . To complain of the predatory business practices. Please stay clear!

Take your clothes elsewhere. Specifically told them DO NOT PUT MY HOODIES ON HANGERS because it leaves indentions in the shoulders. Yet they still do what I told them not to, and mess up the fabric in my clothing. Called and asked for the managers name and was told "I can't give that information" like I was asking for his social security number.

AMAZING Service! There is DEFINITELY a difference in the service that I received from the last time. (It's been a couple of years) The owner personally worked on a couple of pieces I brought in! They look as good as new! My spot for all my laundry needs!Service: Leather & suede cleaning

If you care about your clothes, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO EAGLE CLEANERS! I dropped off 2 simple items to be cleaned. One item (a sweater) had a makeup stain, on the upper arm of the sweater, which I pointed out. And the young lady at the desk, if I would like to have that stain pre-treated for an extra $3.00, to which I replied "yes". First off, why is there an additional charge for a service that you are already providing "cleaning services". Guess what? When I picked up the sweater, the stain was still there. Mind you, when I dropped these items off, I had a bad feeling about this place! Went back today to show them the stain and ask for refund of my $3.00 pre-treat charge and immediately this desk clerk went to the back and out comes a man that states in essence, "this is the best I can do, and I cannot give your money back. They also have a posting in the store, stating that they only give credits, which gave me a pause. I will never use there services again! They're cheap for a reason and I choose quality of pricing.The young lady at the desk has a horrible attitude and needs some training in customer service. I agree wholeheartedly with Lisa J's review from 2022.And if neatness means anything to you, just look around the joint, when you walk in and that's just the kind of service you will be receiving.

Run from this place !!! My husband took a very expensive peacoat of mines here to get cleaned. They shrunk my coat so badly and told me that they were not responsible for it! Now I have to come out of pocket and spend at least $200 to get somewhat close to what I had. I’m so mad, that was my favorite coat.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I just had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Upon picking up my clothes I noticed that 3 of my shirts and 1 pair of pants did not have HEAVY STARCH. The manager (daughter of owner) proceeded to tell me that my items could NOT hold HEAVY STARCH. I explained to her that I always get HEAVY STARCH IN THESE ITEMS. After I expressed that prior to NEW MANAGEMENT, I never had a problem with my clothes. She told me that she would REDO my clothes and try to correct the problem……..BUT she also told me DONT COME BACK. I asked her to repeat what she just said and she added DONT COME BACK because I’m not going to argue with you. I never raised my voice with this young lady, I simply stated the FACTS, I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH MY CLOTHES. So BEWARE if you’re not pleased with your clothes it will be considered ARGUING/ confrontational when you express how you feel. I think it’s very UNFORTUNATE when you have the title MANAGER and you clearly need to be MANAGED! I will NOT be going back after I pickup the REDO, also I forgot to mention I ask for PRE TREAT ON COLLARS of my shirt and the stains were still visibly on the collar.PATRONIZE AT YOUR OWN RISKService: Clothes pressing
