This place was crazy today! Shelves were stocked ( mostly while we were shopping) and staff communicated well amongst each other ( over the tops of aisles) for me it was loud but have no actual complaint about store or employees.

I love to visit different Dollar Trees throughout the Houston area because of their seasonal updates and good value. This Humble location is by far the best location in the Houston area! They are always well stocked, clean, and organized. When the line gets long, they put the customers 1st, open a 2nd line, get the line down, and resume restocking the shelves. The assistant manager Greg is doing an excellent job at running this establishment and the team member Brenda was so polite, fast, and efficient when checking me out! Thank you to the associates at Dollar Tree Humble for putting the customers 1st and providing a great shopping experience!

Kind of ridiculous to block entrance(lock doors) to 15minutes early. I entered the exit side just to be yelled at were closed. 15 minutes early? Hours show 10pm.

Nearly half of the time I come here the staff is rude and the checkout is a long line with 1 register working. The shelves are often messy and unorganized, and when I ask a store associate about a product or need help they just act like I'm getting on their nerves and I have to go hunt around the store for what I'm looking for. Very unsatisfactory.
The only thing I like here is the products. Staffing needs to be more professional.

They treated my 16 year old like she was an idiot. Why could she not make a purchase with a credit card instead of a debit card!?

I looked and could not find the tree of dollars. It's like a quest I've searched high and low but still no. I have not found that tree which will give me glee. Where or where is the tree of dollars ?

I enjoyed this location until yesterday, the associate by the name "swan" was extremely rude. One lady was working at the register with a line of 20 people, and a customer asked the 3 other associates if they could out another person on another register. Swan then responded to the customer who did ask politely, by saying "I told yall, I'll be up there when I get up there" very rude. My self and the other customers can't believe the type of customer service that we witnessed.

The store didn’t even deserve the star I gave them. Every time I come to the store it’s full of people and one cashier at register. They are rude to the customers and I thought customers were important. I won’t be shopping there again
