We were shocked to have the service we had The staff was very courteous! My wife and I brought jewelry in to get repaired and was given up to two weeks to do the repairs. Both pieces where done in four days. The repairs were very reasonably priced. A very professional job was done on the rings we brought in. Both employees were very knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to support their business to show appreciation for their service. My wife was very happy with the service as well.

got to love this place Dixon (is my only jeweler from now on) super friendly staffs. They not there to sell you jewelry/watches, they put a smile on you n get what you’re looking for, for every special occasion or just a normal day gift for your love’s one

For an affordable price, my time here was very pleasant and staff was super nice. I was in and out with my watch service within 10 minutes.

If I could give them negative star I would. The bald chubby guy told me my Rolex was fake and I got scammed. Its been serviced by Rolex with authentication. He obviously had no idea what to look for. Place is a joke with no professionalism. Go elsewhere.

They are awesome!! I went to get three pieces of jewelry repaired and it was minor and he —Mitchell, the store Mgr repaired while I was THERE !!! The two sales ladies were very helpful as I tried to get an older necklace updated so I would enjoy and wear it vs leaving it in a drawer. Great selection and most of all PERSONAL AND FRIENDLY and thats hard to find these days !
