You wouldn’t think that FRUGAL & DILLARD’S go together however about once a month I be up in there FRUGAL AS I CAN BE. I can’t spend the bill money or emergency funds. I go to the household area and browse the clearance and that’s how I get something. Cosmetics, skin care products, purses, wallets, etc. once a year when they’re on sale. You don’t have to be rich to shop in there just careful. I’ll spend regular price for candles or room spray if my scent isn’t on SALE. Those are my areas. ❣️✅?

Lady in the perfume section was very unprofessional not sure how many people work there. I went 06/25/2024 at 5 pm and she was obnoxious with showing me fragrances which made me feel that I couldn’t afford any expensive item I was willing to ok purchase anything but since the one j wanted they didn’t have she started to make other stores and brands unworthy mentioning that Sephora sells inexpensive perfumes and that there were more expensive due to quality, I proceed to ok ask her if Neumann Marcus was less expensive than their brands and she altercated that there were nothing compared to them I never mentioned what parfum I wear to follow her conversation untill she she got upset and raised her voice at me so then I toldd her I wear bacarrat rouge and that I was looking for something subtle so then she got upset and treated me insignificantly and spoke to me as a crazy person which I understand that, yes Dillard might carry some expensive fragnaces but she didn’t have to treat me I such way and the fragrance I was looking for was over the price range of all fragrances that they had. This was so unpleasant.

Don't buy perfume from this place and decide you don't like it they made it soooo difficult for us to just exchange a perfume my husband got me.. I don't feel we were being unreasonable in our request.. nor difficult we simply wanted to exchange because the scent I took home smelled different than when I left.. I didn't like it.. and I went back thinking I could make a simple exchange... when I tell you we had to jump through hoops to just have a simple exchange I am not kidding... and to top it off the shift manager at the time couldn't be bothered to come sort the situation or offer any solutions they did eventually do the exchange after we called corporate and the regional manager but like why make it so difficult? I dint want to return it I dint want my money back.. but I've learned my lesson just don't buy anything from here.

This Dillard's is broken when it comes to management. They don't even have the AC working in the building. Very cheap.

Dillard’s I’m not a fan of your Humble store and here is why. It took 3 people to get me to your return department on the 3rd floor. All of this discontent could’ve been avoided if the 3 young people on the 1st floor would’ve disperse from congregating with each other when they’re supposed to helping customers. When I asked them how do I return makeup I purchased online they were dumbfounded as if none of the areas below could help me. Its makeup, for peace sake not returning a rocket launcher. Is customer service dead here?

The kids clothing section is awful. It consists of one overpriced line. The entire store is overdue for a makeover, it looks the same as it did twenty plus years ago.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. First we buy this beautiful dress from the store in may we were told by the associate that, we could return the dress in 30 days regardless of wearing it or not. We call the Dillards 2 weeks later and ask what do we need to bring back in order to return the dress they say the tag, receipt, and the dress. Today we go to return it and Eva the manager insulted us infront of the guests by saying “the dress has been worn you should’ve read the back of the reciept and it smells.” I have never been insulted by a manger like this ever in my life. She didn’t even try to understand our situation she kept bulldozing us by saying “No you can’t return it.” Then to insult us in front of other guests? Absolutely appalling, whoever the higher up managers are please train your managers better. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I expected better from Dillards this isn’t a Walmart environment.
