THE place for Delorean cars. James is especially knowledgeable on the history of the vehicle.

DMC Houston has been instrumental in helping me keep my car, as well as several other AZ cars on the road. Their website is awesome, and they have been very helpful in resolving any issues. Cheers!

Took our 11 year old who is a huge Back to the Future fan. Drove 3 hours to find a closed to public sign on the door. We did get to see some Deloreans in the parking lot though. The shop was closed up and an employee outside on a break just stared at us after a wave from us, zero interaction. Don’t waste a trip unless you want to see cars in a parking lot.Update to Owners Response: I never thought to call ahead since the website lists open hours. “I would suggest updating the site to say…NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC

The photos and information I have to share are from 2016 when I first visited. Back then I was able to view full assembled and brand new DeLoreans for sale plus many in the shop that were being worked on that customers from all over wanted fully restored. I also saw some memorabilia from Back to the future including a pinball machine in the waiting room. But, unfortunately on my current visit in 2023 they're offices are now closed to the public. Sorry.

This vehicle is NOT for the shade tree mechanic or a regular Joe Schmo mechanic shop. If you own a DMC-12, this is the place you should be taking it. From fuel system rebuilds to updated and upgraded parts, it's the one stop shop for all your DeLorean needs

Edit: Updated review for more perspective because DMC responded. My response to their response: No you didn't. I never received any correspondence from you after visiting you on 2/18.I emailed James directly in November 2022 for purchasing a Delorean and received no response. I then used their online store front to make a request for information about purchasing a Delorean in December and received no response. Finally in February of 2023, I called DMC and left a message. Two hours later, James called me back and stated the reason for not responding to original email in November was because of IT issues. James then sends me information by responding to my original email! (I guess the IT issues were fixed while we were on the phone). Next thing I know, James calls me the next day with potentially a Delorean that he “might” be able to sell me. Of course, I have never driven a Delorean and I ask James if their was any possibility of test driving a car so I can know the answer to the question of if the Delorean is the right car. Everything is setup and on Saturday February 18th, I find myself in a Delorean driving around a neighborhood. I get the answer that I needed that yes the Delorean is exactly what I waited for. James says he will look into more information on the potential Delorean that he might be able to sell me and then nothing. No response to my calls, voicemails, or emails. I am perplexed at the loss of communication. I can understand that maybe the car that he “might” be able to sell didn’t materialize but communication issues that I experienced leaves me with a sour taste for this company especially when the Vice President is the source.

Always quick shipping. I am in ohio and can get parts quicker from Texas than the ohio location. Won't deal with any else for my delorean parts.

Was trying to get some new parts for the time circuit. Unfortunately, they did not have it. But anyway, this is a great place to visit if you love cars or the 80s era

Being the largest of Delorean vendors, I am pleased to say that their service exceeded my expectations. Recently I cracked my windshield. Desperate to remedy the situation I called DMCH, and their VP personally made sure I was able to pick up the item next day despite it being his day off. That level of commitment is rare these days, and I’m glad we have good people in Houston willing to lend a hand when all goes wrong with a classic car restoration. Thanks James, you’re a freaking rockstar.

Gets mad at customers for calling them out for not making new cars as promised, then says they never said they were making new cars. This place is so dishonest I can't even. Don't take my word for it, either. Look it up yourself. James Espey, vice president of DMC, repeatedly said they will be building new cars for years. Espey is directly over Houston yet he has no affiliation with you? The he way he worded it, directly stated that your company would be building new cars. Your company may have just recently sold the rights to another company to build the cars, but it doesn't change the fact that your company made the promises to begin with. So either way, you won't be keeping your promises, as you won't be building the cars. Go ahead and ban all the Nickelsons from buying parts while you're at it, as Chad is a family friend, an outstanding person, and he helped source parts to fix my car, 1269, that you didn't have and can't make. I would also like to add that he sold me the car at a fair price, a thing your company is now making impossible, by buying up every affordable car, even going so far as to pressure existing owners to sell, and then hiking the price way up so that your average person can no longer afford these cars, making a car monopoly.

They are never making new DeLoreans! It's all a hoax. They can't even provide parts for the owners who already own a DeLorean so it is laughable that anyone still believes them at this point. They've been promising new cars for 20 years. The real DMC did it in 3.
