DO NOT go here! Plenty of other places. Rude front desk, dingy office, and their billing practices are sketchy! They charge as if they are an urgent care center sometimes and sometimes as a pcp. No dress code. Everyone is sooo slow and not friendly at all. Hate I wasted my time and money here. Will be contacted my insurance and complaining

I called to ask if they had an appointment today and whoever answered the phone at 12:31 very rudely told me “WE DONT DO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS” even though another, kinder, receptionist has told me that this clinic does walk-ins. Whoever answered the phone on this occasions tone was horrible. I then asked if there were any appointments tomorrow, and she said “OKAY THE STAFF IS ON LUNCH SO IF YOU WANT TO CALL BACK AT 1:15PM”. Very unprofessional and unhelpful to have someone who has no customer etiquete to be handling patient calls.

The only complaint I have its a "new" young receptionist she has no personality she is very dry no smile or anything. The Dr Assistant and staff no complaints ?

They discriminate against minorities staff and management are rude and don’t care about the patient or if they are needing assistance with help they discriminated me I walked in and the door was open it says outside there door they were open and close at 5pm . Staff told me they were closed and had a bad attitude I told her I spoke to one of her coworkers on Friday and they said they closed at 5pm were very disrespectful and rude doctors and nurses and and the receptionist are rude and don’t care becareful because after you defend yourself they start saying they feel threatened and they all stick together go somewhere else

If your unwilling to just take a prescription for a symptom they don't refer you, or want to see you. I had blood work done, and urine tested, and even though there were like 5 things that said highly elevated on my results there were no suggestions, and I was told everything was fine. Even though I'm not feeling fine. Staff is nice, and friendly. I don't like the dr. I will be looking for a new dr.

Horrible customer service the receptionist is always putting people on hold while on the phone. When she’s not actually doing anything else. They do not honor the 15 minute late policy and their Physicians, Doctors do not do a good job at addressing your concerns! The wait time to get seen is so long and they are very unorganized nobody knows what’s going on with your test results you have to call back. Rude do not come here. Wish you could give negative stars!

Place was clean people were nice. I was in so much pain today they were fast and helpful. No wait .gave me gause new box and Kleenex new box they all were so kind and patient good place I'll go back

I always see PA Vu. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I am usually seen quickly. Prescriptions are called in quickly to my pharmacy. Doctors notes are no problem.

I went in on a Friday, as a new patient, for blood work, and was told it could take up to a week for results. I called the next Thursday and was told the results were in but had not been reviewed by the Dr yet. The Dr would call when she had time to review. I called again the following Wednesday and was told I would have to make an appt to get results from the Dr. 1st available appt was the following Monday, 17 days after blood draw. On Monday, after waiting 45 minutes, I was told the PA wanted me to see Dr the next day. I told them to give me my results and I would take them to another Dr since they apparently did not appreciate my business enough to give me prompt service. I have made an appt w/different Dr for this Friday.
