I purchased a wedding band from the Deerbrook Mall location less than two years ago for my husband. It’s a titanium ring with one single small diamond in the center. The ring broken in half at the diamond point directly down the center of the ring. He was not doing anything strenuous did not put any pressure on the ring. He simply put his hand down on the counter and it broke in half. I called the jewelers to inform them of the situation. They stated, since I did not purchase The protection plan that there was nothing they could do. This is not the kind of quality I would expect from a jewelry store. Protection or no protection plan I feel they should stand behind their product quality and take care of their customer. Very poor quality jewelry. Think twice before you buy!

Terrible return policy! They had my husband sign a note that the gift could only be exchanged. This is a terrible disservice to a customer. Maybe the customer doesn’t want to exchange the item, perhaps the customer wants their money back? Won’t be shopping here again. By the way I was trying to return the gift within 10 days. Shop somewhere where there is a better return policy!

Bad business dropped my credit score by at least 100 points all because I financed a bracelet refitting. It was 90 dollars and it shows up on my credit that I’m using 100% of this credit card they signed me up for unknowingly to me. Then I go after pay it off as soon as I notice and now they still say I owe 51 dollars and they can do nothing about it. When I call customer service she was very rude and tried to put me on hold instead of answering my questions. What is the point of having a credit service if it is only 90 dollars makes no sense. I will not do business here again and would not recommend anyone else to as well . This place is such a scam I wonder how they even stay in business this long. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced .

Really awful in-store return policy. It’s not the same as online. 10 days vs 30 days. Disappointed. My husband and I went on vacation, and we were unaware that it was different.

Miss Bianca assisted both me and my brother in finding the right jewelry pieces for our significant other. I connected with Bianca right away and knew that I had came to the right place. She was professional, friendly, and funny. I was anxious about not being able to find the right thing, but she put my worries at ease. The environment of the store is clean and well organized. The other employee & manager that were there was very friendly as well. I walked out satisfied with my purchase and will be returning. Thanks Bianca! x

This business provides poor quality merchandise , they offer protection plan careless of it. Don’t waste your money here. I spent over $1390 on a graduation gift for my daughter. He mentioned their different credit programs and got me approved after I didn’t think that I would . He was very informative and helpful.
