This pharmacy is horrible.
They never answer the phone and you rarely get a call back. Sometimes you need someone to answer the phone because the voice recording doesn’t always have all the answers.
It’s a lot to move pharmacy’s for the whole family but it looks like that’s what we are going to have to do to get a little bit better quality customer service.

The pharmacist at this location likes to play god and only fills prescriptions that he feels like filling. He is certainly not the only pharmacist that does this, but he has taken it to a ridiculous level by refusing to fill a neurological medication prescribed by a neurologist, insisting that it should be a pain management doctor that prescribes it?!? They do not answer the phone at all, rather it tells you to leave a message and the pharmacist is very rude when and if he does talk to you. Wow, avoid this location like the plague!

When people are there to get a prescription, most likely they are sick someway/somehow or there for someone that is sick. That being said, maybe the people in the pharmacy should not act like you are bothering them when you need to pick up a prescription or talk to someone about one. Also, heaven forbid they actually pick up a phone and call an insurance company if it isn't going through , through the computer.

Maribel, is the best. If more workers took up her customer service, that store would be top seller in the area. Thanks, Maribel.

If I could invert this star rating, I’d give it the max allotment of - stars. Avoid this pharmacy if you require educated individuals to provide you service for your pharmaceutical needs. This is a location where you have to advocate for yourself.
Pharmacy manager and the majority of his female entourage of techs don’t take their jobs seriously. Unprofessional. For those that do, you have my deepest sympathies.

This is a new store. Opened about 2021ish. All the reviews older than that are from the old store on 1960. This one is nice. Great place. Fast refills. Clean store.

Let me say the employee's are very friendly always. The pharmacy is always very helpful when needing a prescription fast. However, not sure why but they are always out of stock on just about everything. Whoever is ordering merchandise for the store needs some help!! Please

Absolute WORST pharmacy. They are healthcare professionals and the utter disregard they have for patients is inexcusable. After finally getting a notification that a prescription was filled, two weeks late, my husband arrived to pick it up only to be sent to a different location. Once he got to that location, he was told they could not fill it because the initial location had filled it. After asking that location to call and confirm they in fact had it, he drove back to the first location. He pulled up to the drive thru window at 1:28pm and the employee looked him straight in the face as he lowered the blinds. There was no line behind and just him at the window. A true service minded company would have helped the customer. When my husband went inside and to the counter, where they were still helping other customers, he was simply told “we open back up at 2 sir.”
So after sending him driving all over town, they could not be bothered to take an extra 5 minutes to give him his prescription that was already two weeks past due. This is also not the first time we have experienced something like this, but I assure you it will be the last as I will be finding a new pharmacy for our needs.
Shame on the employee that treated my husband as insignificant. Shame on the manager for creating an environment where that behavior is acceptable. Shame on CVS for not demanding more from their people and accepting nothing less that excellent customer focused service.
If I could give zero or negative stars, I certainly would.
