Worse experience ever and I will be calling corporate the pharmacist was beyond rude and I’m the nicest guy ever. I hope phone calls are recorded because Mariano literally hung up in my face just very disrespectful I will never and I mean never fill a prescription at this location.

Wow!!! I’ve been using this CVS since it opened. Now I understand why y’all have such a low rating. The drive-thru pharmacy service hours are open until 8pm. I drove 20mins from my house and made it to the window at 7:58. There were a total of 4 people that I could see, one of them was even wearing a white trench coat. NOT ONE OF THEM even acknowledged that I was at the window. They would just glance at it. I didn’t leave til 8:01 just to see if they would at least say something. I’m done with Y’ALL. Onto one a lot closer to me with better services and ratings.

Crap service... they were supposed to hold a prescription for me until today and put it back this morning. Now I have to wait 15 minutes for it to be refilled. Dont bother telling the manager (Andy) because he is NO help!!'

How can a pharmacy have one of the most prescribed pain meds on back order? My wife’s doctor prescribed hydrocodone for her after surgery. That was this morning. As of 4 pm no one called to advise that the med was on back order. In fact, at 3:30 my wife spoke to an employee who said that they no longer carried the product. The manager told me that no one at the pharmacy would say something like that. This store is off my list. I would also point out that a number of employees at the pharmacy don’t seem particularly happy. CVS needs to fix this store.

Employee with the blonde cornrows and pretty yellow nails was very helpful and kind today when I ran into a couple issues at checkout. Made my day better than it was. Really appreciate this great service.

The technician at the pharmacy drive thru was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Everyone in the pharmacy provided excellent customer service. A gentleman stocking the aisles near the pharmacy was also very helpful. I don't remember everyone's name but thank you all for the great experience.

I'm so done with CVS. The pharmacy has gone downhill. I've been racially profiled and accused of stealing twice at CVS in the same week while I've watched other customers do the same as I have and the workers have said nothing to them but taken my items away from me and put them behind the counter. My CVS care pass will be canceled today. It's just not worth being made to feel like a piece of trash by your employees.

Never had an issue using my savings card in the drive through if there was no line. The lady gave me a hard time and told me so many reasons why she couldn't do it. I'm thinking to myself that she could have been done. She tells me she will have it pulled up, my prescription, when I come in...I go in and had to wait just to be told savings card website is down. 20 minutes to basically tell me the site is down.
