Supposedly the store opens at 6 pm, I arrive at 5:28 and everything is on but the door is closed as if the person in charge was hiding/it's a shame I came to change for a family plan ??

If I could put 0 stars I would. I do not understand what is going on at this location, but there are very deceitful practices. I am in the process of trying to reach a district manager and I will. This situation I'm facing deserves to be shared with others so they will not go through my experience. I will be posting on Tik Tok and other accounts. Long story short, a phone, screen protector and new service was purchased at this location on 10.21.2023. I was forced to add on accessories that I didn't want(Earbuds). I wanted to return the device and products to this location on 10.24.2023, and they were unwilling to honor their 7 day return policy. I was in person at the location, on the phone with a Cricket and a progressive leasing agent. This cricket location is stating that the phone belongs to progressive leasing, and the phone should be shipped back to them. Progressive leasing is stating that they honor the stores return policy, and it's within the 7 business days, so the store should accept the return. The customer service representative, when you call 611, is stating that the phone should be returned in store as well. The store representative has not been helpful and the manager was backing the behavior.

Cricket store on 1960 in humble tx by Walmart.worst service i ever received from cricket in 15 years of being a loyal cust.i will never spend a dime their again.Lizbeth lied to me when i bought a phone for 186 dollars.its either a used phone or returned..it gives ne alot of problems piece of junk and they do not take returnes.its a joke....

Walked in at 5:54 pm, Lizabeth said “how can I help you”. Husband and I said “we would like to switch services to cricket” her response “you should’ve came earlier” “ I said “so you can’t help us, we have the account number and pin” she response with “well I guess I can help you, it usually takes a long time to get the account number and pin” husband and I looked at each other and said forget it and walked away and while we were walking away I turn around and ask her for her name she said “Lizabeth” if you don’t want to help a customer out then close your door at 5:50pm.
