Read the reviews before I initially went to this store to purchase 2 phones months ago. My experience was EXCELLENT! Great customer service as several people has said. Fast forward to last Wednesday,4/26/23 I purchased 2 more phone's, added those to my account, but the phone's were acting up for a few days. I took them back to the store yesterday, Saturday, 4/29/23. The manager Mr Sulaiman, ask me what was going on with them, I told him; was able to exchange them without any problem! I ended up spending a extra $22.00 total for the two new phones because I went a different brand of phone's for the swap out. Their customer service is TOP TIER!! If you go to this store, you won't be disappointed!!! Thank You for an awesome experience both time's ??

Me and my husband went today and got new phones and service. The sales person was so nice to us both. Didn't get his name but he was really nice and informative. He was very polite and nice to both me and my husband. The store itself was nice and clean and glad we switched with them today.

Zach and Sulaiman were excellent. They are professional, courteous and patient while helping us with what we needed. Prices are spot on and they seem to legit care about the customer and repeat business. Zach, you did awesome with the screen protectors!Highly recommend.

Excellent service from sulaiman. I have been with cricket wireless for 5 years and this is my go to store for Bill payment or buying a new phone. I came to upgrade my phone. Sulaiman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made me pick the right phone. They are the best. Thank you
