The pharmacist had me transfer my prescription and told me it was in stock at 12:35pm, I came to pick it up the next day at 1:00pm only to be told it was out of stock. After talking with the pharmacy manager it is clear she thinks she can belittle people and is a racist! Avoid this pharmacy, many options elsewhere!!!

I called way before "lunchtime" it kept saying "there are two callers ahead of you" stayed on phone for over 40 mins then the wait music goes off and it sounded like someone picked up and hung up on me. I call back and they are in lunch break?!?? At least pick up and say "sorry but we will call you back after our lunch" or something! This is why I switched to CVS years ago but unfortunately my new insurance only deals with Walgreens.

First and last time I stopped here today. Rude incompetent worker who flat out IGNORE their customers. No wonder there is never anyone in here. Went to drop of a FEDEX PACKAGE where it told me to go and the Asian woman was a flat out B after the bigger woman ignored me. I'm sorry it's Monday you have to work but maybe don't take it out on the one and only customer in the store. If I were you I would find another store to go to where YOU actually get help. So I went to Walmart and returned my package hassle free. THANKS WALMART WHOO This store needs complete employee training I will never step foot in another Walgreens at this is how they treat their customers. Go down the road to CVS!

One of the hardest web sites I've seen this process should be easy as pie why make it so complicated. Your just trying to find out if you got it or not. I think this whole process should be done for free by the government your trying to protect others knowing not to spend it. Some places charge you 165.00 to tell you if you're positive. Some places on the net charge you 96.00dollars for benax home kit.weres your government Biden at his best doing nothing.

Waited over an hour in line to get a prescription in store. the drive through window is nos to be permanently closed? You would think as a "Walgreens " they would want minimal people inside due to Covid.

I made an appointment for a reason. Walgreens has no regard for people's time. I went to CVS and it is like night and day. I only went here to get my booster shot. Now, my later plans have to change. There are people here that have been waiting forever! Such horrible customer service.

I showed up a few minutes early to my 12:45 covid shot appointment and when I walked in there was a very long line which i had no problem waiting in, after standing in line for about 20 minutes I finally am able to check in for my appointment but by then it was almost 1pm and the girl at the pharmacy proceeded to tell me that I was too late for my appointment and that i would have to come back later because they don't do shots between 1-2. I tried to tell her that I was on time for my appointment and that it's not my fault they can't get through a long line fast enough and that it's unfair to me to have to come back after i went through the entire process of making the appointment, the girl just rolled her eyes at me and told me to come back later. She was extremely rude!!! They could've at least told me sooner so i didn't waste my time in line, i work full time and don't have time to just "come back later" I will never be returning to this Walgreens and I hope that girl gets more training so other customers don't have to go through the same thing I did.

The pharmacy is very rude , I was 5 hours before going that my prescription will be filled . Then I decided to call by time my 5th hour .... I stayed on hold so long they disconnected me . So I actually decided hey I'll just go up there , it should be filled because its been over the time the pharmacist stated . I waited in line for 20 min just to find out they don't have it and my eye is completely closed and its 2:30 in the afternoon now !!! Whyyyy after 5 hours I waited and waited on they dont have the medicine at all . She told me the earliest they may have it is Wednesday Afternoon or Next Thursday . Like why would I go to doctor just to have to wait a week !? My husband is still waiting on his medication to be filled as well but I will switch his as well to someone who actually gives a shit and keeps COUNT OF THEY Inventory !!!!!! The worst right , never will I ever come here to fill shit !! A complete waste of time

After spending a cumulative 2 hours in the store and 2 trips, I left without my medicine again, because their computer system couldn't communicate w/ the insurance computer system because of the rain. Very frustrating to have a family member in pain, and see the medicine they need behind a sheet of plastic glass and to be able to get it.

Understaffed. Had to wait 20 min for the pharmacist to hear me say “I refuse the counseling “ so I could have my refills. Insane waste and disrespect of my time.

The store itself is great. Excellent customer service for the store itself. The total opposite for the pharmacy. It seems to always be utterly understaffed.
