It’s an awesome store! They have their own unique style of clothes, hats, and apparel. It’s a spacious open store with good lighting that’s inviting and not overwhelming. The staff there are very helpful and friendly; but not pushy. I usually avoid clothing stores and haven’t been in awhile. But I was quite surprised at the selection they had. Their clothes have an old look to them but still look fashionable. And remember if you’re tight on cash but looking for holiday outfits for you, your kids, or holiday gifts you can pay with Zip which splits your payments over 6 weeks with only 25% down. It’s free and easy to sign up for. The app is very user friendly. I highly recommend it. You can use it at alot of places including restaurants and automotive stores. i went to make a return but couldn’t remember if the associate gave me a receipt or not from my previous purchase. So when I tried to return these pants that I paid with my debit card, the store manager Adrien would not help me into trying to find a resolution for the problem. He was so quick to send me out the store so I turned back around and tried to see if there was anything he could do to help me. So he kept saying “no I would need a receipt” “we still need a receipt “ in a quick response. So I gladly called a different cotton on location and spoke with a different MANAGER and told me she can happily still give me a refund WITHOUT my receipt as long as I still have the same debit card I used. I would advise the manager from deerbrook to work on his customer service.
