first time going to this costco and terrible customer service lady at the entrance was very rude making a scene about not “seeing” our membership caused my family embarrassment in front of others overall not a good experience

It's good. The associate who sold us our membership named Jace was AWESOME! Kind of crowded which makes it less maneuverable. Lots of free food samples if you're into that.

Never had an issue at this location until I ordered a hot dog. As the only African American in line. I was the only person the food service worker wanted to see a receipt from. Again, this is how companies get themselves in legal issues with employees that have racial biases! This store has a pretty good team but they do have some bad apples, here and there! Don't forget to follow me as I travel around America giving you my reviews so you don't waste your money or time!

What kind of place doesn't honor a warranty on a battery that was purchased at their store? Membership or no membership the purchase was made at your location and didn't even last a whole year. Then wouldn't even refund the money.
