We visited this facility today with our 8 year old twins. My daughter, has a diagnosed anxiety and language disorder so it is very difficult for her to even speak to or ask for help from adults. She is sweet and VERY quiet so it was VERY upsetting today when she went to get on the zipline and the girl in charge of gearing the kids up was extremely rough with her and shoved her hand away in the process. Her expression was mean the whole time and she was clearly irritated to be doing what she was doing. After starting the zipline, my daughter was trying to help another little girl get to the other side because it was stuck. The girl yells at her and tells her "That is NOT YOURS. IT'S HERS!!" My daughter was absolutely heartbroken and was in tears. We have worked so hard with her at being brave with other people and after today it will be hard to get her to try again. A person who lacks patience and empathy like the girl chosen to be at that station has no business working with children. In the 2 hours we were there, the zipline girl was the ONLY employee on the floor. A good manager would be present and notice how the children are being treated. I certainly hope that what happened to my daughter does not continue happening to other children. Cleanliness is a whole other issue. You will leave here wanting to scrub your kids from head to toe.

Took my niece and her bestie to this location that they absolutely love! The only gripe is that the phone reception is horrible once in the facility. However it does force you to just be in the moment with your kids instead of in the phone. I loved that they have massage chairs for the adults…you get 20 minutes for just $5.00. Lots of activities for the kiddos to enjoy!! Descent snack bar and they also sell limited alcoholic beverages. The manager on duty was kind as so we’re all the employees we interacted with! We loved that they had unlimited time in the center for only $25.00! Amazing deal!

They do not have anyone taking care of each area and there are children who are not so children in the small children's areas doing pure mischief and hurting the little ones. I had to see 3 children crying because the older ones without precaution hit them and it was not the area. for adults! They should have people checking each area.
