She followed up with phone calls and "did" what she said she would do.If you can work with Christy N, she'll help you try to navigate insurance issues.Charles was also very helpful in coordinating delivery (and pick up) in a timely manner.

I received only 1 item from this place BUT every month I get an automated call asking me if about my next delivery. while it mentions if I need it in a timely manner for me not to do anything I don't AND I NEVER RECEIVE MY NEXT MEDICAL supplies! I've contacted the company not heard from them back

I had the worst experience with this company , this is a company that does own up to there mistakes . They repeatedly made me feel that it was my fault time after time . There is lots of miscommunication , they say there policy is to call a client to make sure they can deliver . I called and spoke with Mark , he was the driver her stated that he had called our number , I asked him did you leave a VM , he stayed quite , then I told him this is 2022 , VM and text messages are used , he chuckled and he stated “I guess I don’t know how to use it “ . I explained that my husband is a huge fall risk , has a brain energy and mobility issues . Every time I call , the avoid me and pass me on , never a resolution , just a bunch of lies and they are so good to turn the situation around and make the client feel at fault . If you decide to use this services BEWARE !! They are not for disable individuals , no accountability . I have reported to my news station .

This company has the worse Customer Service, reps are rude and not very helpful at all. Dealing with their National Sales office is a nightmare. I received a wrist cast it was the wrong size, it was returned and lost in the mail (UPS). I was never able to get Customer Service to track it or notify me they had no luck receiving it even though they initiated the return label from UPS. Months later received a letter in mail notifying me if I did not pay $150 for cast I would be sent over to collections in 2 weeks. It took several attempts to contact Customer Service they told me they never received it and I still had to pay $150 or my credit would be ruined. I never want to deal with this company again.If I could I would rate them no stars!!!!

Hours are incorrect. They are closed during lunch. Showed up and no sign on door. Called and got a recording of lunch closing. Came back later and they would not answer the door. Called and they did not want to come open door. They then said they do not work with blue cross blue shield. That’s important information that would have saved me 2 hours of my day.

Customer service may want to offer a refresher course. I just called to check on the status of a walker for my husband. I spoke to a very nice lady earlier today ( Jennifer ) was her name I believe. Jennifer instructed me as what was needed and I emailed the info over. I have not heard anything back from her so I decided I would call again. This time I got Neil, I must have woke him up I could not understand what he was saying and told him I could not hear him could he repeat his name. After a heavy sigh he stated “ this is Neil, how can I help you ) took the wind right out of my sail. I told him he sounded like I was a bother, I would call someone else and I hung up.

I was in desperate need of a new walker (rollator), I use one all the time and mine had broken. After endless coordinating with my insurance company and doctor, they sent me a new walker which quickly broke (defective). After more time than should ever be needed on the phone they replaced it several times. Each one broke in the same place leaving me without a walker for weeks. As I said, I depend on a walker to move around. It is hard enough being disabled but when you are surrounded by companies and people who seem to care less, it is depressing. Now I sit here, a few weeks later after receiving one that finally worked, and it broke AGAIN in the same weak spot on the wheel. Now I am unable to get around, even go to the bathroom, and stuck at my dining room table. How do people handle this?!?!? Seriously, what do I do? This is so frustrating!
