Great customer service, but horrible policies. Got charged $60 in fees for the difference of a dollar in my account. Never got a notification or a phone call or anything. Do not use this bank if you enjoy any modern banking conveniences.

The branch manger Lynda McEleya is very condescending and scatter brained. If she knows what you're about to say or if she THINKS the information is correct he has NO problem interrupting you. I don't know her as a person, she just comes of RUDE!! However, I closed my account and decided to go elsewhere.
