I am genuinely impressed with the Christian Brothers location in Humble, TX (Fall Creek Location), run by Aaron Guerrero. Aaron and his team were able to diagnose and repair what two other vehicle repair shops were not. One of those shops was the local Ford dealership, which had my truck for three weeks. The Ford dealership told me they could not replicate the issues I had conveyed.
Arron and his team diagnosed the issue, worked with my warranty company, ordered an entirely new engine, and completed the work. I greatly appreciate them keeping me updated with the major repairs. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service have earned them a lifetime customer.
Aaron and his team went above and beyond, and I wanted to acknowledge them and their hard work. They truly represent the mission statement of Christian Brothers in every way.
I also want to recognize both Kevin and Shawn specifically, Kevin as the primary technician and Shawn for his customer service.
Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to customer service!

I was in Houston briefly to sell my 2005 Toyota. The buyer asked for them to give it an inspection and check the car computer. These people did SUCH a thorough job. It was a complimentary inspection that lasted 90 minutes and they diagnosed things that we had not seen. They were INCREDIBLY thorough and took pictures of each area and sent those to the prospective buyer and to me. Seriously, these folks detected a fault in the coolant system that could have led to serious engine damage! The buyer was so pleased and so was I! Wow, Kyle, Derick, and Shawn and the rest of their team did such a great job. And, even though it took 90 minutes, I was able to hook up to their WiFi, get some work done and sit in a very comfortable "living room" atmosphere. They had complimentary water and coffee and the bathroom was very clean. These folks pay it forward and I'm grateful that we were alerted to a situation that could have been a problem for the buyer! And a few other little hose replacement issues that our mechanic did not see. Throw business their way if you need work done in this area!

That was my 1st time going there, but they made me feel so comfortable, they did a great job, and one thing that I noticed is the counter guy did advise me of recommendations but he did not pressure me at all, me as a woman has always had the mindset to be aware of businesses trying to take advantage of a woman, I will for sure go back.

I was having trouble with my battery keeping a charge. I asked for the complimentary roadside check that they were offering, which included a free battery test. I was told no twice, even though it's being offered on their website through 2/28/2024.Instead I was told that I would have to pay $85 for a charging systems diagnostic. (There was nothing wrong with my charging system).A battery test would have shown that I had a bad battery.I didn't like their inability to listen, selling me on a test for my vehicle that I did not need, then to patronize me about it later on the phone when trying to get some clarification, by telling me that he, "was willing to refund the fee but since I was upset he wasn't sure." Completely belittling. If I heard one of my staff speaking to a client like that, I would have immediately taken the phone right out of their hand. Completely broke any trust that could have been built. It turns out I had a 3-year warranty on the battery and ended up wasting $236 with this business. The last thing they're trying to do is look out for you. After rudely being transferred, I was finally able to get the $85 fee reversed. If they had any integrity they would have offered to reverse it in the first place.I would describe this business as being quite uncomfortable, unwilling to honor their coupons or special offers even when qualified, extremely poor disclosure of applicable fees. Ironically the business is named Christian Brothers.This team needs some comprehensive training on how to treat the diversity that comes through the door honestly and respectfully, both on the phone and in person. This team also needs further training on how to manage customer complaints respectfully without belittling or patronizing their customers that have concerns.
