Completely Scammed!! I was quoted multiple different prices to “fix” my AC. First I needed to replace 1 year old compressor for $1900 then told I need a new condenser as well for whooping $4500!!!I was told that my car would experience “Black Death” if I didn’t do it and it was 13 hours worth of labor. 100% lies!! I told them I want no work done and please do nothing to my vehicle to which they claimed I owed almost $600 for fixing absolutely nothing!!! I had to pay an outrageous price for them to just check it. Long story short, my husband took it to an actual mechanic and he fixed everything for $375!!!!!! Do not do business with this company. Most horrible experience I’ve ever had dealing with car repairs and they 100% rob you of as much money as you are willing to throw at them!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Went in for a vehicle inspection, and was pleasantly surprised by how quick AND thorough they were. The staff was very professional, kind, helpful, and understanding -- the best service I've had anywhere, let alone in Humble.

Very professional, good communication, quick turnaround. However, CB does not fully honor CarMax warranties. It cost me over $100 more than the contracted $250 deductible. I may use CB for non-warranty issues. I cannot recommend them for warranty issues.

Jane and I have been bringing our vehicles to Christian Brothers since they originally opened almost 20 years ago. To say we are happy long-term clients is an understatement for sure! The customer service function has always been excellent. Their follow up has always been good. I think their pricing is fair. Plus they have always been pleasant to deal with, which is hard to do when you are faced with car problems! Lastly, many of the guys who work there have been there forever! Kudos to Johnny, Mark, and Ken. You can trust this organization!

I'd like to commend the owner of this company Mr. Ken for making things right with our car. He personally took care of the matter at hand, he made sure that our car gets the best service. I had a 11 am appointment for a oil change service , left my car there at 10:45 am , returned at 12:05 and asked if my car was ready for pickup .
The clueless female said " I don't know , I'll check "
she then said " NO " , it's a drop off, we will get to it when we get to it " .... I then said LET ME HAVE MY KEYS and I left .
The owner was gone that day , you could definitely tell a difference in service standards , no HI'S or Hellos when I arrived , no need for me to fight Atascacita traffic for that kind of experience.
It's very disappointing because the owner is so nice and professional
