Thank you Chase for helping me while I'm on the road when I got my card compromised. I am a world traveler for work so this has happened more than once I appreciate your professionalism and timely response. I have been with Chase for over 10 years and I plan to keep my account with them for the long haul. Thanks again!

The waiting room is full and there are only 2 bankers taking clients. No sense of urgency and no where to sit. The Kingwood location is much faster. I've never waited this long at that location. Save yourself the time.

This branch of Chase is slow really not personable am not very customer friendly at all and have their own rules and don't live by other Chase rules very slow very slow

The employees here work extremely slow! The branch itself is slow today due to the weather and the employees feel like they to talk and play with each other. Been here for ten minutes and I haven't been acknowledged. I asked the teller if anyone was going to help me and she said to just wait and someone will be with me. That was 5 minutes ago. I understand why they are placing more ATMs that take deposits because nobody wants to work. I'm never returning to this particular branch.

I've been banking here for a while now, although I am most familiar with their drive through. I have never had any major issues. They are quick, professional, friendly and haven't made any mistakes so far. I prefer this location to the one by Deer Brook mall as they have more lanes and it's a bigger bank (fewer nasty speed bumps)The few times I've had to go into the bank, I haven't had to wait in lines and have found their bankers to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I have been quite satisfied with my banking experiences at this location.
