Was told to bring my vehicle in "Saturday morning" and that it would take 30-45 mins. Showed up and was told "it could be anywhere from 4-6 hours, it'll be done before we close at 9!"... Then why schedule an appointment?

Great work on my 21 Bronco. I put off the sound for 3 yrs. Finally got it done here at Car Toys in Humble after trying to do it myself. Don't waist your money on do it yourself. Put that same money into a good system.

I had them install an LC2i pro and tune my system on 10/6/24. It worked fine other than a lot of clipping and having to adjust the bass knob for each song. 10/7/24 on my way to work no bass. Took it to them after work and they wouldn't even look at it. Found out when I got home that the amp is blown. $350 for them to blow a perfectly good $300 amp. At least it lasted a few hours! I'd be fine with it but they couldn't be bothered to even look at it. Thanks car toys!
