This store is the best in humble, they always have deals on new phones and the skinny guy who works here always helps me when I go to him. Even though I live in Cleveland, I go to him because I trust him.

Bad customer service, representative told me if I am buying a phone or not stop wasting his time. I literally was there for 5 minutes tops. Representative slabs the door. Very odd and cringy experience ever! Go where they value your business. Dude was too hungry for business that he got angry assuming I was not going to buy.. Horrible way to be. Crazy part of it all I bought a phone from him before and came back and he didn't remember me or something and treated me like dirt.

The store rep conveniently didn’t tell me about the $49 iPhone promotion they were having. Paid $300 for a new phone that should have been only $49. Refused to honor the promotion after I brought it to their attention.
