Stylist: I go to Kim at Southern Charm Studio. I've gone to her for years. She does what you ask, I've never had a bad haircut or color with her. ❤️

Haircut was too expensive for not doing what I asked and showed stylist. Nice individual but terrible hair cut I do not like dry cuts hair is a mess so many random pieces everywhere going to have fixed at a different salon. I should have read the reviews first for the same hairdresser ?

I got my haircut done from ColoredbyBrooke at Sola Salon refered by a good friend.I was late for my appointment and msged her on the way that i will be late so she said i can still come and she might not be able to do my blowdry which is fine since I was late.short story she did a decent haircut and blowdry too and i happily came home.the other day she told my friend that i was late for my appointment,checking my hair lenth and i was so sad and nervous and that my one year old make the mess and so much more.BROOKE is very unprofessional talking abt her clients to her friend and assuming im unhappy when im not.basically back bitting about me to my friend.I would never go back to her nor will recommend her.Very very UNPROFESSIONAL hairdresser.Talking fine at your face and talking after your back when you leave.Service: Haircut

My sister went to this salon to get her hair braided. She was really happy to go based off the good reviews she's seen on google. Her stylist was Simone. When my sister got there she realized she had forgotten her hair for the cornrows style she was getting. She asked Simone if she could run to get the hair from her house which was not even a full 15 min away. Simone asked her if she could go to the beauty supply and just purchase it again. My sister said no problem but as she was getting ready to leave, Simone said that that would actually cut into her time too much. Remind you my sister was getting cornrows. The most basic/easiest style to do that ever existed. This obviously made no sense since she suggested to go to the beauty store. Simone then said she could just braid my sister's natural hair into cornrows which was not what she came there for. So my sister just asked for a refund because you have to prepay and also tip before you book there. The appointment was $60 and my sister tipped $10 for a total of $73 with tax. Simone then said she could only give her back half of the money because she didn't cancel in 24hrs. She also did not give my sister back the money my sister tipped her.So overall, my sister paid $73 to not get her braided even though she tried to repurchase hair and paid $10 worth of tip money for the Simone not to do a dam thing. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
