Helpful sales staff. When we finally got a person they were very insightful and helpful, just took awhile to capture someone who knew about what we were looking for. Football visor for grandson. Needed specific brand and they had it in stock!

This is one of the worst experiences at Best Buy we've had. We walked around for 40 minutes and not one employee said hello or asked if we needed assistance. Two of the female employees were standing by the computer near the cell phones playing in their phones. We walked right by them and they didn't even acknowledge us.
If the employees can't take the time away from their own cell phones to speak to us why would we spend any money at the store?
The only person who spoke to us was as we were exiting the store and all she said was "Bye"
This location is not worth the time, energy or money to go to.
Zero Stars for this Best Buy.

When I spoke with the manager, Steven, I wanted particular information about the flagship s23 and s24 models from Samsung. He was very helpful in explaining the trends and how Best Buy could sell me the phone and I could take that unlocked phone and see what kind of promotion they would offer me for transferring my service.

Recent purchase of a new gaming PC was excellent. Previous interactions in store with some of the sales people have been frustrating as it is sometimes hard to find anyone that works in the PC section. And when you buy anything in store they will repeatedly try to upsell you additional plans. Otherwise, solid location

Rude Geek Squad Agent and Poor Customer Service
I recently visited the Best Buy in Atascocita and had an incredibly disappointing experience with their Geek Squad. The agent I dealt with was rude and had a terrible attitude the entire time. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for help.
To make matters worse, she tried to charge me for a service I shouldn’t have been charged for. I ended up going to the Best Buy in Humble on 59 instead, and the difference was night and day. The team there was friendly, professional, and the overall environment was much better.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid the Best Buy in Atascocita. The store in Humble is far superior in every way.
