I want to thank the entire maintenance team for the quick response in every detail to our apartment, especially Mr. Yony Brito and Rene Gonzalez, we are happy in this condominium.I want to highlight the help that Lisbet gave us at the reception to move into this apartment, giving all the information and showing me every detail to do it from Florida, very friendly and professional. Congratulations ?

This was the most spacious place I've seen for the price. When I first moved in it wasn't as much traffic here. I guess there's more tenants. It's not as clean as it used to be. Need to be upgraded badly. Change all the carpet in the units, you can shampoo the carpet and it still look dirty. I can say by far the room is great. Need to put back a nice playground for the kids. It's good to see kids playing outside instead of staying in the house with phones and computers.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE,PLEASE DON’T. This is probably the worst apartment complex to live in. The staff is extremely disrespectful and rude. Management is a joke, they don’t even know what the word professional means. Honestly, don’t even bother and waste your time to come fill out an application. These people tried their best to kept my deposit. Take your money and RUN !!!!! DO NOT consider moving here and wasting your money.

So I am deployed to Iraq and I have been looking for an apartment for when I get back since I am relocating from Atlanta to Houston. I went online to do the lease now because I love these apartments. I was using my passport to do identity verification but it failed three times. I am thinking because I have bangs in my passport photo and not at the moment. I called the office and informed them of my situation and she pretty much just blew me off saying I have to come in there is no other way for me to do the application. So based off of technology I can't apply for an apartment. I honestly could have sent her my information and applied like other apartments. she didn't try to help me at all. Now I have to find another apartment.

The management here is so confused on what’s going on. My husband and I went to fill out an application and paid the fees never heard nothing back from them No Emails or Phone calls. We’ve reached out multiple times and never heard nothing until today. They claim they been calling us for weeks now which is totally FALSE!!!!!! Now they tell us today the apartment is unavailable. So disappointed was really looking forward to move here.

Jennifer was fantastic. Lived there for over 5 yrs and enjoyed my experience. They have so much creative ideas for the renters to do every month! Monthly bingo, paintings, and every Christmas they will wrap your gifts if you don't have time!!

Terrible management they basically stole my deposit of $1200. I called and called and got ignored.my deposit never was mailed to me. Warning!!!! when you move out the apt they try not to give you your deposit back.

I have been living at Bellaterra at Deerbrook for three weeks now. First of all a Huge Kudos are in place for Lesli in the Front Office! From my initial interaction with her until now she has been VERY Friendly and Professional. Each time that I speak with her she has shown legitimate concern regarding my requests. The apartment complex is well maintained and peaceful so far it's been a GREAT experience living here.

I visited the property twice for a tour and the ladies in the office seemed uninterested and lazy. The manager was there and the AC had went out in the office so she was very rude and cranky. If I get THIS experience just to get a tour WHY on heaven's earth would I live there? It amazes me that the reviews ALL say the same regarding the nasty, rude staff YET the owner responds with fake apologies & no action has been taken and the staff is still rude. Very Sad.
