By far my favorite Batteries Plus. I've used this store numerous times since I work in the area. Each time every employee is polite and professional. I went in today, 8/23/24 and the employee handled my warranty issue immediately.
I tried to warranty the battery at the Magnolia store and was called a liar when I told the clerk where I purchased my battery. I left them a crappy review and it can be seen on the Batteries Plus FB page and the stores Google reviews.

I placed an order for a battery on a Saturday morning. I immediately received a phone call from the store's member (Dylan) to let me know that he does not immediately have the item I wanted and started explained options to me. He asked for my needs in terms of how much time I can tolerate the delay. I shared with Dylan my options. I thought I can live with a three days delay. I received a call on Monday morning that he found a battery that is almost what I need, but slightly better in terms of Ah. He sought and received approval to sell to me for the same price. Great Customer Service !
Service like that, I would mind paying a premium for !!

I went here to find out what was going on with my phone charging port my phone wouldn’t charge I bought a new charger within two days it’s not charging and the guy that took a look at said I just needed a new charger. They even proved to me that it was charging when they connected it. So I bought a new charger and it worked. I like that employees are honest they could have lied and charged me for a cleaning but they didn’t.

I ordered my 12v battery online for store pickup the next day.They alerted me via text messages (I signed up) that it was available. The entire interaction took about 5minutes.When I got to the store, I was greeted by a friendly staff and inquired about what I need. I did let them know I was picking up an online order, showed proof of purchase, and left with a smile on my face.
