This team has good communication. There was a mishap with one person there and my dog but I beleive that person is not there anymore. The team does their best to make my dog feel comfortable.

The staff is pleasant. The facility is clean, their services and pricing were transparent. Good communication, and I was impressed that they did follow-up calls.
