The workers here are so lazy. Went to get an account transferred and closed and guy said " we can't do that in store you have to do it online by yourself" we left and tried to look up how to do it in the parking lot but couldn't figure it out so we got out again and asked him if he could help us and all he said was "just look it up online" like isn't it His job to help us? Mind you there was one other customer in store and he was just standing there laying on the counter. I don't know why he said he couldn't do it in store if I've done it there before got 6 lines transferred to my line so my guess is he was just lazy. Needless to say we went to a different AT&T and it took literally less than 10 minutes for them to transfer the line. Will NOT be coming back to this store. Y'all better train your employees better and tell them to actually work and help the customers

I wish I could put a "0". I went into this store about a month ago to have my Lifetime AT&T screen protector replaced, it was a $45 up-sale when I bought my 11 Pro Max last year. The young lady helping said they didn't have one, couldn't do it....that I had to go online, order one, wait til it arrives , then bring it up there and they would put it on. Then I would have to send the old one back to get "credit". So why the hell did I pay $45 for this "service"?!? It literally says on the box "redeemable in-store" and when they sold it to me said just walk in and they'll replace it whenever. I went to the Summerwood location and Derrick completed the task in 3 minutes....Atascocita store is trash, lazy, and frankly could care less about helping the customer.

Tina helped us today- upgrading a phone and explaining everything to us when we had some questions about our previous phone bill. She is honest and so helpful. This company is lucky to have her.

I have honestly never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in customer service provided by a company. These employees genuinely acted like we were an inconvenience when we were purchasing probably $2000 worth or product. Really surprisingly with such a competitive market. Even the manager was so oblivious through it all that I genuinely think he may not be qualified to be a manager. Step it up AT&T.

Don't waste your time going to this store. You'll be better off going to Best Buy to get a phone. Let's just say that they need to take some classes on customer service.

Totally worthless. I have had 2 glass Zag screen protectors installed wrong here. The first time I got great service and they replaced it right away. The second time on a different phone 24 hours after they installed it the protector popped off and broke. I returned to the store and was told I would have to mail it in. I said really even though it's only been 24 hours and it was because you installed it incorrectly? She said yes or you can drive to the mall to the Zag store. I told her I had just had another one replaced here a few days ago. I was told that I could talk to a manager but when I asked what time a manager would be in I was told that they have no idea. Really? You don't know when your manger comes to work? No thanks I won't be using this store again. Very unhelpful.

If you read my review between November 2016 and January 2017, my last words were "Pretty happy ending." Well the unfortunate truth is that this was a farce. I've only been with the company two months and I wish I had never switched to these pathological liars. In two months I've made calls to customer service and been into this particular location twice to rectify my issues. First it was my employee discount which the store said they only needed to see my id to activate versus customer service who stated that I needed to fill out a form, have an email to sent to my work email to verify my employment as well as the store having to activate the discount. Second lie--they would prorate the employee discount once it appears on the account. Customer service tells me no, store said yes (of course when I first got the phone), now it's no. The switch and bait is so real here it's ridiculous! I'm just waiting for the switch rebate to arrive so I can use it up and switch back to Verizon. At least with them they would tell you the same thing in the store as well as calling in to customer service--and my discount was waaaaay better for the service I needed. Do not pass go, and do not collect their switch rebate. You'll be sorry!

Stephen and his manager were fabulous with helping me get my old phone information and apps onto my new phone. He informed me on some MAJOR savings and great information. This was a nice experience here.
