I know the rules and policy are important, but I think flexibility and understanding are necessary too especially when my husband drove more than 1.5 hour to pick up the products and they did not let him in because they’re closed. He was late 5 minutes due to heavy traffic in the afternoon, but they did not let him pick up the shampoo. I really needed to use in the same day. We did call them ahead of time to let them know, but 5 minutes seems like really hard for them to wait, and it took him drove back and forth 3 hours getting nothing. We were really upset, maybe you think people need you, and you don’t need people…so we should never see you again.

Just left the store and they are not helpful at all. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner and was restocking for my business. I was ready to check out and the young lady wouldn’t let me set up an account because I didn’t have my license. I offered my license number and she said no she needs to see it and I asked if she could call the other locations I shop out and said no. She took my basket and said thank you. Never coming back here again. I’ll continue going to the Spring location, they have better service.

This store is nice, but they need to get better workers... I have come to this store twice when they are supposed to be open in the morning and no one was there to open the store. The last time I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Very unprofessional.
