My animals (cat and dog) have been going there since 2011 and 2013 respectively. Services have always been exemplary and even in an emergency this place has always managed to squeeze us in!

We have received nothing but professional care from this Venenary hospital since we have been bringing our lab here as a puppy. After recently using the Boarding service while out of state for a week I figured our Lab wouldn't want to ever see this place again but on our last checkup she went nuts trying to go see JC who I later found out was one of the staff who takes care of them for boarding. For her to be so excited to see him made me happy I chose Animal Hospital of Humble.

I've got misguided to get exams on the dog that he didn't even needed.
all he needed it was a shot to make it stop puking .
And I was indicated to give her a bunch of medicine that it wasn't even need only to dig into my pocket.

This place is all about the money. Be careful if you don’t want get charge more than one for the same problem for your fool pet do not come here

Been bringing my pets here for 10+ years, wonderful staff and the environment is always clean. I’ve been so lucky for them to have an opening for me same day for my dog when he was injured. They always call the next day to check up and offer any additional help I may need. Unlike others they’re always upfront about prices and are more then happy to work with me on what I can and can’t do. Love this vet clinic and always recommend them for anyone who needs a caring and supportive place to bring their fur babies.

They are very detailed in letting you know what is going on with your pet and will give you options on how to treat them . I like they answer all the questions you have for them.

Every time I come here I am waiting at least 40 minutes past the appointment time. What’s the point of having appointment times when everyone has to wait past that time? I understand emergencies, but i’ve been here 3 times in the last month, and every single time is an over 40 minute wait. It seems that there is insufficient staffing or they are booking too heavily. It’s super annoying and it stresses my animal out for such a long period of time. And out of these 3 visits, they have never once communicated with me on what’s going on and why the clinic is so behind. Super frustrating.

We unfortunately found ourselves looking for a vet for an emergent situation. I reached out to this vets office and they had an opening which was perfect for us! We rushed our Copper dog in and were seen quickly. The vet tech was super professional, nice, and didn’t look at me funny when I was a blubbery mess. She took notes of the situation and then went and spoke with the dr. The dr came in a few moments later and got straight to work on our pup. Running tests and checking his heart rate etc. They then explained what they suggested our pup needed and told us they’d bring us a quote. We were then provided a quote and got to pick what we wanted and didn’t. Long story short, the dr got to the root of the problem almost immediately after the blood work. It was unfortunately not good news for our pup and we had to say our goodbyes after outweighing all of the options given.
The entire situation was very unfortunate but this vets office made this situation so much easier on me and my family. Dr. Elorriaga has an AMAZING bedside manner and his vet tech was so relaxing and made me feel so comfortable even though I was crying most of the time. Thank you for making our goodbye a little easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

This was such a wonderful experience for my new pet and myself. The staff and the Vet was so patient,kind and answered all my questions. Very clean facility too. They are a clinic and a hospital and they board. So thankful to have a Veterinarian that cares.

I’ve been bringing my 3 dogs to this Veterinary Hospital for 16 years and I absolutely love the care the doctors provide them. It is very evident that the doctors love animals because they are so caring while they are examining the animal. I definitely recommend Animal Hospital of Humble to take care of any pet.

I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve interacted with many different people here. I was in the area and my dog Charlie had stayed overnight for her heartworm treatment. I stopped by and although I am sure that they are busy, they took the time to talk to me about how Charlie was doing. My dogs mean the world to me, and I want only the best for them, so I appreciate the little things like this. With that said, they have also been great at the “big” things too. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
