I was in room 207 for three weeks. I will be honest. The hotel is fine if you're staying for a few days. This hotel is mediocre but customer service is good. I saw a few small cockroaches( thank God no big roaches, and only two small ones ) and I informed the owner. He was nice and contacted the pest control. The key cards might malfunction if you put them in your pocket or close to your phone. The window curtains had two holes like someone burned it with cigarettes. The lobby has a funky smell. I think this hotel might get better because I saw them renewing two rooms downstairs ( room 118 ). Overall not as bad for a mediocre hotel. Just need more constant pest control and remodeling.

Worms on the floor as soon as I walked in. Bed stained, broke down vehicles in parking lot. Horrible place!

This place is really dingy. I got a room for 4 nights but once I saw the room I went back to the front office and gave the key cards back. They didn't offer any kind of refund, and I'm not rich or anything, but it was still not a place I would stay even for free.
I'm not sure how this place has such a high review score. I feel tricked.
Rooms: Rooms are dingy. Odd mix of a few nice looking things in run down surroundings.

Very nice place for what we paid, had no issues with the rooms. Rooms were surprisingly nice and renovated. Only negative was the wifi which didn’t work all the time.

I was booked into this hotel by United Airlines after my flight was cancelled. The desk attendant was kind and understanding but this hotel is disgusting. Visible cockroach infestation and filth. I could not stomach staying here and left to stay elsewhere.

During the storms in Houston, my family and I were forced to find a room after the lights were out for days. This location was one of the few that still had rooms available. However, when we arrived, our supposedly "ready" room was not prepared. There were no fresh linens or towels. When we informed the office, they gave us worn blankets but no sheets. The carpet was filthy, and the customer service was terrible.

When I first checked in the staff was really nice and helpful. So I extended another day. The 3rd day I tried to extend and the refused to let me bc they said my DL was expired, which I would've understood but why would you let me check in and stay for 2 days with the same DL and THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN refuse me?? Made no sense to me.
Rooms: Very nice and clean.
Food and drinks: They had waffles and cereal every morning buy the owner would get upset if u made more than one waffle.
