"Had a great visit. Dr. Sidhu was very professional. The front receptionist Ana was very helpful. She helped me picked out the perfect pair of Glasses. I got Glasses and contacts. I Will definitely be back. I had such a great experience my husband will be in next time. Americas Best Humble has a great staff that made me confotable experiance from start to finish.

Great experience!! The Hispanic girl at the font was very friendly and the Dr was professional he explained everything so well!! And the contact lense manager Carla was very nice! I will be back

I would not recommend this location at Deerbrook Humble, Texas at all. I went in to get my eye exam & glasses in 2023. I was told I would receive a call when my glasses arrived. I had to call the store after waiting 3 weeks for my glasses with my new prescription and they said they had the glasses there and were returned because I never picked them up and now 2024 still trying to find out where my $$ is and they tell me they will not refund over $400 dollars I paid for my glasses. The staff is very ignorant as if they were pulled walking by their store and offered a job just to have a body there and very rude management sad to say the Hispanics are the worse. Please listen to the reviews these individuals are not making these experiences up.

do not recommend going here, they do not get in any hurry what so ever, if you request to see a certain doctor they ignore you and pawn you off onto someone else. highly unhappy with my visit.

I picked up my glasses around 6:20pm (they close at 7pm). I waited a good 10min. There was a Hispanic woman at the front helping another customer so I waited. Then, I was asked if I was here to pickup and I said yes. The woman gave me my glasses and I asked her to adjust them because they were falling off. She adjusted them and then I went to the yogurt place next door. I went back to my car and noticed that one of the temples of the glasses were cracked and this was around 6:50pm. I went back in the store and another woman told me the Hispanic woman already left and that there wasn't anything she could do, so she told me to call the manager in the morning and she gave me the Hispanic woman's name. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not helpful and she was very rude. She said that the woman would never give me glasses if they were cracked. I wasn't even upset until I spoke to the manager. Customer service is horrible and they need to do better with things like this.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received at your America's Best location in Humble.Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a difficult time, as we had just left a funeral. Understandably, emotions were high, and we were hoping for a seamless experience. However, upon entering the store, we were not acknowledged by any of the staff.I approached a Hispanic young woman with blonde dyed hair at the desk to seek assistance. She simply pointed towards an area where no one was present. Despite there being two other employees, one dark skinned Hispanic with dark hair and one Caucasian female with dark hair with glasses, neither of them made any effort to assist us, despite having no other customers at the time.As we only needed to pick up glasses, we anticipated a quick and straightforward transaction. However, it became apparent that the staff was indifferent to our presence. My husband eventually had to approach one of the desks for assistance, where he was met by a brown-skinned Hispanic woman who handed my son damaged glasses. When I informed her that they needed adjustment, she seemed dismissive.During our wait, I couldn't help but notice the blonde-haired Hispanic female and her colleague whispering and laughing in Spanish, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional.Regrettably, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am compelled to inform you that we will not be returning to this location in the future. Customer service is paramount, especially during sensitive times, and it pains me to say that your team failed to meet even the most basic expectations.I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address any issues within your team to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar experiences in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Didn’t come for prescription exam- came for a medical eye check and had Dr.Sado (hope I spelled it correctly) he was very friendly, went in depth in his explanations/review of my eyes. Would highly recommend him for eye exams!

Worst experience ever RUN far away thank me laterThis store makes me wonder why we do not hold our government and elected officials more accountable on enforcing proper patient care and making sure that people who behave like this store has feel the full affect of our lawsBought eye care club went in got tested Dr sidhu wrote the wrong prescription I bought contacts and now they won’t fix the issue.Filed a complaint got a call from district manager Dr dang who never helped and sorted out my situation.Called the store and store manager kiara and her assistant store manager that reports to her hung up the phone.Constant disrespect calling me names and holding my funds hostage! Finally get the director of corporate customer care on the line Sharday on the line who tells me you can do whatever you want we are gonna refund you 50% of the money instead of the rightful 100% I should receive she also didn’t help.I am contacting the state !

I went in with an issue with my glasses and Shar helped me. She was absolutely amazing, doing everything in her power to help me out. I have never had such great customer service!
