The ALDI Kingwood store never has more than 1 cashier, and they ignore the long line, and never open a second cashier to help move the line. Why is this? How can you advertise low prices and good service, when you don't provide the service of reasonable check-out times.

Pay for cart I get it. Don't want them taken. But having to buy bag for groceries is what pissed me off the most.

Had to wait 5 minutes after putting my groceries on the conveyor. Guy comes to the counter finally first thing he says is can you get your kid off the bag shelf. Not sorry about the wait, hi how are you, good morning nothing. Personally this ruined my aldis experience.
7/21 Smells like rotting animal flesh in the store after Beryl. Could not stand the smell of death plagueing this store

I like this store for some unique, especially European, things I can't find elsewhere. But.
Whoever runs this place is cheap. I mean one cashier on Saturday with a lot of people lined up?.. This shouldn't happen nowadays. Get self checkout if you can't find workers. And these coins-carts are ridiculous, as well as no bag policy. It is Texas, every store provides you with bags, except Aldi.
I hope they will find new management that will get this place in as good shape as it deserves.
