Every time I visit this store, I have Tiffany as a cashier and she is the BEST! She is always so polite, helpful, and efficient. I came here to leave a review just from her customer service experience alone. 5 stars across the board.

We always run by weekly to pick up items. The produce is always better than the big stores. Sometimes they have crazy low prices on items that are seasonal or are one week only specials. There is a line outside on Wednesday mornings waiting to get in for these special buys. A few people act like the old Black Friday crowd and rush in to get a pick or a basket full of items. There has never been cross words or deeds just a fast walk! Haha What grandparents do for them is sometimes silly. One grandchild has grown up on the abc noodles for eight years.

The ALDI Kingwood store never has more than 1 cashier, and they ignore the long line, and never open a second cashier to help move the line. Why is this? How can you advertise low prices and good service, when you don't provide the service of reasonable check-out times.

Had to wait 5 minutes after putting my groceries on the conveyor. Guy comes to the counter finally first thing he says is can you get your kid off the bag shelf. Not sorry about the wait, hi how are you, good morning nothing. Personally this ruined my aldis experience.
7/21 Smells like rotting animal flesh in the store after Beryl. Could not stand the smell of death plagueing this store
