I have been working with Alara as a shipper since 2014 on many challenging freight movements, such as radioactive sources, explosives, and hazardous chemicals. The team has always taken care of the business and treated the customer with respect. Their employees are also well trained and knowledgeable. The managers and employees there always answer my phone call even it's during weekend and holiday. Whenever there is an unexpected event, they let me know the full story and recommend solutions. Most import to me, they respond to email, phone call, text message super fast. I don't feel any corporate type of sloppy culture here. They are very professional and highly recommended.
