The nurse and physician were helpful and made sure I was good before I left. They followed up me to make sure I had all my prescriptions. The front office staff needs to be more approachable and attentive. I saw a new patient leave because they could not use the online form requirement due to phone issues. The front office staff asked the person “how did you sign up for an apt. Since it’s also online”. The person explained how their phone was going to die. Poor service on that end. Other than that. The back staff is great.

I went in for a cough and sore throat, and Dr. Aregbesola was absolutely amazing—very professional and attentive. The front desk staff was also wonderful.

The nurse and the doctor were very patient with my fussy 19 month old. I scheduled an appointment and was a bit late arriving. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes and was in and out in no time.

I had a good experience. No one was there in the afternoon on a Monday. I was able to complete the entire checkin on my phone. The tech explained every step and answered my questions. Since I hadn't done a drug test in over 12 years, I wondered about the process and it was seamless.

Staff was very friendly and sympathetic of my feelings, which I wasn’t feeling very well. The clinic was clean and I didn’t have a long wait to be seen by the doctor.

My daughter had to have a minor procedure done. Olurode, NP was very kind, knowledgable and patient. My daughter gave her big hug of thanks when we were leaving out : )

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. We made an appointment for 11 am and checked in about 10 mins prior. We were called back to the room shortly after 11 and the nurse took vitals and swabbed for strep. The PA was friendly and explained what next steps to take. My only complaint was that we waited in the exam room between the nurse and PA for almost 40 mins.

Nice and clean, you can check in online before you go to get in quicker, which I did not do, but still was a fairly short wait. Weren't many people ahead of me. They were compassionate, thorough and patient with my own issues.

The doctor really was very thorough with my tests and went above and beyond to diagnose me when I was feeling defeated. She told me she ran the test 3 times and found it. I REALLY love this facility!!!

Got a 1.5 inch cut above my eye. The doctor and nurse did a great job of treating it with glue, and were fast and efficient.
