I came to this shop a SUPER long time back because my splash shield fell off after an oil change. Rather than charging me or taking advantage of the situation (I don’t know anything about cars) the guy in the front was super helpful and told me to take it back to where my oil was changed. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis either. I appreciate the man’s candor.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Advanced Tech Automotive, a mechanic shop that has truly impressed me with their outstanding service and professionalism.
On August 3, 2024, I brought my Mercedes to a different shop due to a damaged tire wheel rod and various other undercarriage issues. Unfortunately, my car sat for two weeks without any attention, which left me feeling dissatisfied with the initial service. Seeking a more reliable solution, I took to Google to search for nearby mechanic shops and ultimately came across Advanced Tech.
Upon having my car towed to Advanced Tech, I was immediately struck by the proactive approach of their team. I am very grateful for having found this workshop, they are very professional in their work and above all honest, I will no longer have to look for anywhere else to fix my two cars, they are very fast and I assure you that they work with great safety and quality, Brandon was the employee who attended to me, despite being very young, attended to me with great politeness, I don't think there is another workshop as honest as this one, my respects to the entire team.

They saved the day! I made the mistake to use a different mechanic to do my brakes and quickly realized something was wrong. Called advanced tech and Zain was super helpful and knowledgeable over the phone so I went there and got my brakes fixed. Then I went back and got my gear shifter fixed when it wasn’t getting out of park. Very reasonable pricing too so will def be back for my cars

I called Advanced Tech Automotive at 4:30 pm on a Friday because my car was overheating. Instead of turning me away like all the other mechanics I tried calling, they allowed me to come in. I had a 90-mile drive back and because of this, James worked on my car until 8 pm to make sure I made it home safe. The best mechanic I have gone to and would highly recommend to anyone.

We highly recommend this shop. We been so happy about the result, we went here last Friday and he fix our AC right away. James it's been on the top to work our car I highly recommend him, his so nice and professional to gave you a quote and telling you what is the problem of your car. Infact we are coming back here.
