The employee who attended us was rude and arrogant. My purchase was very fast. I provided him with the model, size and color. When he brought it in, I checked it to be sure it was the correct item. He said to me in a rude and harsh tone, “What are you looking at? It’s what you asked for!” To which I only asked him if the pants had a water-repellent treatment and I ignored his lack of respect. At the end of our purchase, when it was time to pay, he had the great idea of making a joke and telling me that it was $200.00 on a purchase of $88.77. My companion (son) was surprised and asked him why? To which he responded in a cynical manner, “It’s a joke.” I really didn’t feel comfortable in that store when making my purchases. I think they should make better choices with their staff. Thank you. I am sharing a photo of the purchase receipt.

Second and last time we shop this store and 511 all together. I can understand asking for out email address once but don’t be pushy. First time we checked out that guy with a beard pushed us for our email. I just about walked out and didn’t by anything. Never gave my email. Then few months later went back and at check out again he pushed about giving our email. Finally I gave it and said do not send me advertising. He said no only a receipt will be sent to you. Well just received my third advertising from them. I will not shop a 511 store ever again.

Pants are great use the black ones when I do security on the side and use the other ones for iron working since the amount of pockets it has I can hold the tools I need and how flexible they are haven’t worn work jeans since I started buying theses
