He was VERY kind and did an amazing job. My laptop was split in two and he managed to fix brand new. He's affordable too. He keeps you updated and is super detail oriented.

My computer was damaged at work, which I also use regularly for school. I was devastated after that happened. The repair was pretty difficult and complex to complete. However, Terrell did not give up and saw to it that my computer was fixed. I highly recommend this place for your computer repair needs.

Professional, knowledgeable and courtesy. From start to finish.Over the phone I explained my issue. He provided several different options and, he was very transparent.On arrival his greeting was inviting and he re-explained the process once again.I left him to work. Two hours later he called and my desktop was repaired. What a relief. So time efficiency is top quality as well!

The owner of the company was very disrespectful and unprofessional, my laptop was finished and I still had to wait 3 days to get my laptop bc no one was in to give it to me I have missed 3 days of work bc this company had my laptop . when I asked for a discount off the $150.00 I was rudely told no .. it’s just unprofessional

Terrell was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Came in for a broken charger port in my laptop and he was able to fix it in the time frame he set the expectation for. I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

I needed the DC power jack fixed. He was able to order my part on a Friday and had my computer fixed by the following Tuesday. He does great work and is very reliable. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be using 360 Computer Repair in the future.

Responses take days to get and full price was charged despite the work not being fully completed. You are much better off taking your business to Geek Squad. I wish I had.

I got my laptop repaired here by Terrell. Specifically I had to get my hard drive replaced. I was charged $120 for services which I thought wasn’t too bad in general. I didn’t mind paying it. However, I did bring my own hard drive so I’m not sure if the $120 is the typical cost for hard drive replacement or if it would’ve cost more had I not brought my own hard drive. Anyway, Terrell was pretty easy to communicate with for the most part. He repaired my laptop pretty quickly. It was about a day and a half turn around time which wasn’t bad at all. Not only that but he also added a virus protection program as well as windows/word 2016 which I thought was really cool. The only reason I didn’t give him a 5 star review is because I feel he could be a bit more professional. When I first walked in to drop my laptop off he was in conversation with someone. I told him I was there to drop my laptop off and he told me to give him a minute. Which I didn’t mind at all. He turned back to the guy and continued his conversation. At first I thought maybe the guy was a customer or a partner and that the conversation was about the business. But after about 2 minutes I realized the conversation was one of leisure and honestly was not a conversation that should’ve taken precedence over a customer. He continued on talking to the guy literally for 10 minutes past my drop off time as I sat there waiting and if that’s not enough the only reason why he finally turned around to assist me is because the guy he was talking to was like well I’ll let you get to your customer because I know she’s waiting. That’s when he Finally turned to help me. He didn’t apologize or anything and I just thought that was so rude and unprofessional. But other than that i was satisfied with the services.

Took my laptop to get fixed because it had a broken charger port. Terell says it would take 3-5 days but it takes him over a month. No communication from his part, if I didnt call him all the time I wouldn’t know the status of my laptop. When I go pick up my laptop I realize he broke one of the hinges but at that point I just wanted my computer back. Then I get home and realize that the keyboard and usb ports aren’t working. He says to bring it back so he can look at it but I don’t want to deal with him taking a whole nother month fixing it or breaking it even more. Do not go to this place he will break your computer more than it is already broken.

$180 down the drain, still has the same problem. A simple DC jack replacement. And had it for a month.
