My family has been going here for years. Now that I am on my own u sue them as well. They have always taken care of us. They are friendly & I haven't had a problem with any of the clothes I have taken there. Even had alterations done. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They'll give you a receipt with one price when you drop off and charge you more when you pick up.

I took some dress slacks there to get buttons sewed on for suspenders. They did everything right and had them ready for me on time.

I normally spend $65 to $80 dollars for the past 2 months going to this cleaners. This month, my slacks, my jeans and khakkis's came back with 3 creases....one down the middle and 2 going down the sides. When I asked the cashier for the mangager, I ws told he was not there but at another location. I left my contact information. I never received a returned phone call. I called the cleaners and was told, "oh yeah I was going to call you." This was the cashier, not the manager. Never received a call from Manager/owner. I called the 2nd location and left message for owner....same result, no phone call from anyone. Terrible business strategy and BBB is next.

Clothes went in fine, came out with 3 creases in each pair of pants. Left phone number for Manager to call...no call. When I called, I was told that I was going to get a returned call. They never offered to fix their mess up.

i went here to simply get a pair of pants hemmed because they were too long for me , i took them and said that to the girl and that's what they charged me for. when i went to pick them up nothing was done to them and they weren't hemmed. i had to go back up there and tell them that nothing was done to them and the mark i left for them to alter them to was still there. i don't get how you can mess up a simple thing when the ticket clearly says what theyre in there for. i wont ever be going back here again because of how stupid this was to mess up. i needed these pants to be ready for an important occasion so you can see why i'm upset when i pick them up the day before the occasion and nothing was done to them. i now have to wait an extra 2 days for them to fix their mistake.

HEAD THIS WARNINGDO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!If you like your clothes looking nice and value loyalty, and accountability. DO NOT COME HERE! I've been bring laundry here for over a year. They must have had die in their cleaning machine and it ruined all my clothes. OWNER HIMSELF DENIED ALL RESPONSIBILITY and Kicked me out of the store and told me to never come back. They ruined over 450$ worth of nice clothes and did nothing to make things right. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Do not come here! YOUR WELCOME....

This place is not worth taking your clothes to. I have spent hundreds of dollars there. On two occasions, the metal buttons on my jeans had been ripped of. The owner said it was the result of "normal wear and tear." Also, the pants were still ruffled around the pockets and the shirt had marks on them as if they were never washed. I rather take my clothes somewhere else and pay a little more.Service: Alterations
