Tellers are very slow at this branch. Get a ATM so customers can be in and out. Also manager asked me for another form of identification, that is not required if you have a bank card. I been banking with this bank for 11 years never was required to show two forms

I have banked with Wells Fargo for almost 20 years. Every other location is great. Huffman TX Wells Fargo makes everything difficult. They make their own rules.This time (there are multiple) they wouldn't let my husband deposit a cashier's check. It's Friday at 4:45 and they tell him it will be Thursday before funds are available for a CASHIER'S CHECK but he can go to the Bank it was written on. It's 4:45. Had he gone to Atascocita there wouldn't have been an issue.

If you want to open an account make an appointment. It’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED even though it’s not “required”. It’s an hour appointment so if you come in between a scheduled appointment you will be turned away and asked to come back with a scheduled appointment.

Since my original post, there has been a big change in service. All the staff has stepped up. I, for sure, always feel comfortable when I see Kenzie in the commercial line. Thank you, Huffman Wells Fargo. The changes have been noticeable.

When I opened an account at this branch being close was a plus. While the hours of operation weren't ideal. It was explained to me that I could deposit checks, cash and withdraw from the ATM. Their ATM was vandalized months ago in an attempt to steal it. I understand this isn't their fault but it is their problem. This ATM should have been repaired or replaced by now. I'm beyond fed up. Banking should not be this inconvenient...

Haha as I'm reading the reviews for this Wells Fargo location I just have to stop and wipe my tears! This is hilarious!! One of the reviews/ comments left here is actually from an EX-EMPLOYEE of Wells Fargo as well as a branch manager who ALSO might I add at this location and then transferred to the Kingwood branch was TERMINATED!! I have had issues with Wells Fargo BUT as I had expected it was because of THIS said employee who I'm calling out as well as my older sister! What a joke!! Wells Fargo HATS off to you for firing her!! She deserved it a hell of a lot sooner than it happened!! On another note let me ALSO add that just a few more comments down her significant other is saying NOTHING but GREAT things about this location!

25 years of banking Will soon be coming to an end this bank is not what it used to be you need an appointment for everything it takes two people in the bank to help one customer poorly understaffed you can’t withdraw money from the business line anymore it would be great if they took into consideration that other people have things to do as well besides wake up on a Saturday morning and go to the bank and stand in line for 30-45minutes

I scheduled an appointment for notary services on Friday May 13th. No one from this branch ever called me to confirm my appointment. It is Monday morning and I just got a text from a banker at this location (I know her personally). She informed me that of the two bankers and branch manager that work there, not one of them can provide notary services. The two bankers do not have the appropriate tools to do their job and do notarizations. And the branch manager is not in this morning. This is unacceptable and proves that Wells Fargo cannot effectively run branches nor does the company care about its customers.

This branch does not have the best customer service. Through the years it's been a inconvenience to go out of my way to a better branch but for great customer service I would suggest it!

My family has banked at this Wells Fargo for many many years. Lets adress the first issue at hand. Restroom..do not compare a bank to McDonald's. Everyone who uses this bank lives really close to it. HOLD IT. I habe frequent urination and i can hold it. Moving on. All the manager's i have encountered with I've always been really nice & with very good customer service. There are things that are out of the control of the employees. Don't complain if they won't exchange a bill for you when you are not a customer. They don't have any info on you what if its counterfeit. I wanna say Thank you to Tara and Nelly Perez who are allways so kind,sweet and patient with me.
